The pre-purchase inspection is highly recommended for buyers and one of our many home inspection services. During this inspection, an ASHI Certified trained home inspector will visually inspect all aspects of the home. Dan will start with the exterior, roof, grounds, garage, inside to inspect all the rooms, windows, doors and everything that is assessable and visible.

Dan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in great detail and in a way I understood. Even after we inspection was done, we had a question about our new house and Dan meet us right away - on his day off and at no additional cost! He put me at ease for our new home purchase, and I will recommend him to all my friends and family!

Dan is The Best Inspector for The Best Price! He helped me with my first ever home inspection and made it a very memorable experience. He was very kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. As first-time buyers, my Husband and I were nervous about the process of purchasing our first home and admittedly, some of the process was difficult, but our home inspection was very easy, and very reassuring.
Dan did more than inspect the home; he spent hours explaining things to us about the problems he saw, and how those problems could affect our purchase price, and the money it could take to repair. He has decades of experience in the repair industry that makes him knowledgeable. He was even able to point out the repairs that we could do ourselves
