Please forgive me for forgetting the young woman who helped me out! I am very grateful that I was able to get my computer (PC) fixed. This place LITERALLY helped save my photos as well as other files. The young woman who helped me also took the time to explain what the problem was and gave me options on what I wanted to do. My computer was fixed in a day. (It all depends on the problem) Thank you sooo much!!

I was visiting LA while my husband had a conference. His laptop kept turning off by itself and we urgently had to get the issue taken care of.
Not only this place delivered excellent and fast repair service, they were very honest.
It turns out that fan stopped working and laptop was overheating.
Service was very reasonably priced and Suh was super helpful!

Visited the shop with issues regarding my motherboard and Robert went out of his way to test different parts on my motherboard to ensure that my pc was not failing to boot for some other reason. Robert has a great attitute and did a great job of helping me resolve my issue and I would definitely recommend this shop especially if you work with Intel based systems.

They clearly had no idea what was going on with my computer and tried to charge me almost $100 to assess it, at which point it would have clearly cost me more money, or $40 to sell me something where i could maybe figure it out myself. The whole time they were just trying to upsell me other stuff. Dont waste your time.

DO NOT COME HERE. The president of this place is embarrassing. He talks way too much! I came here to get my gaming PC built. We got there and he took an hour explaining the parts that I already did my research on. He charges way too much and says the most unnecessary things that I already understood. He kept trying to get me to buy things that I did not need. The younger people there are so nice, but the older president of the place is so exhausting to talk to. It took 5 hours for them to build and when I sent a taxi to go pick it up he would not give it to us! The taxi guy sat for an hour trying

Rude front desk workers welcome you with a frown. These people truly are a real-life material for the parody of IT nerds on Saturday Night Live. I suspect that the "customer service " department is having a contest to see who can be the rudest. I dropped off my old computer with an external drive to see if anything can be recovered. It has been at least 4 months now. I have called 3 times and each time the operator was incredibly put-out for having to answer my call, one guy very rudely interrupted me repeatedly. I went into the shop once to see what the latest was and the front desk

I came here with my 2019 MacBook Pro 13 inch because I spilled coffee on it. My MacBook still turns on but the screen is completely black. I explained all of this to the guy who seemed like he was the owner, and he told me I had to pay $130 for them to open up my MacBook and see what the problem was. I thought it was a good price because I thought they would be able to fix my screen, but when I came back they told me they couldn't fix it and I had to buy a new screen on amazon. The guy told me the price is originally $130 to install the new screen, but he'd do it for $90 like he was doing

Dropped my laptop I've had for 4 years. Broke the hinge and it was not the same. Looked and looked for someone to repair it at a LOW price. I know repairing computers can be a bit pricey, it's technical work, but This place was ridiculous.
I wanted to keep this laptop, everything was fine until I dropped it. It did run a bit slow due to age, but so what. Came here, nice people. Explained the problem, he gave options, and quickly quoted his price. $65 an hour. I was a fool, I agreed. Long story short, 3 weeks later, two new touch screen replacements (outta my pocket) problem still not

Instead of powering on, my laptop suddenly went to the darkside... the dreaded "black screen of death." Why does it always happen when u least expect it + when you haven't back it up since, uh, what year is it??

My laptop's power button was broken and while bestbuy was charging me $100 just for a diagnosis (not adding the addition cost for fixing it) computer ahnex was able to drill a small hole that gave me access to turn it on without replacing the button. The customer service is great and they're good at creative solutions! I would definitely recommend them!!

I came there to fix external storage. I expected they can fix it easily. Because they said they have 25 years experience. But I got a answer. They can't guarantee. They gave me info of other company. It will be cost from $1500. So I found other store. They fixed it in 5 min. And they charged only $40. What is 25 years experience. It was very simple job.

Genuine spot for computer repair, advice, or even tech conversation. 26 years and counting! Robert Ahn and his team are solid people and we're worth my travel from Burbank to Ktown. Communication and honesty is key when it comes to repairing expensive equipment and this place has it. My only gripe is that the price discuss was different than what I thought but that could have been solved if I asked more questions. All in all a smooth experience.

I just walked in after a massage from soya and asked if they repaired broken hard drives. Knowing my fix was worth 1000's they gave me instructions for potential fixes. Tried their suggestions 1 week later and I got my hard drive working. Currently backing up my files before the hard drive decides to die again.

The technicians are not necessarily friendly (would be nicer), but all of them seem to be very experienced and knowledgeable of their work. I was talking to few of them during my visit and found out this shop has been servicing about 25 years or more!?!! Wow~
They had some good offers on used & new computers, too if I wanted to buy them.
