I've been here for almost a year now, I really have not had any issues. One thing is definitely the thin walls between floors. The complex always keeps the community clean. I would prefer if security was around more often because more times than I can count,there are people who are loud during the week past 10pm when people have to be up for work.
Other than that it's a decent place to live.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. Do not move in here if you have more than 2 cars. They are stupid strict about parking and don't give warnings, you just wake up ready for work early in the morning and your car is gone :) Also the towing company they use does not report it to the Anaheim PD, therefore if you freak out and make a stolen car report they won't be able to tell you "oh wait actually your car has been towed" instead you'll have to make the full police report and call local towing companies until one of them is like "oh yes your car, we have it

1st: parking sucks
They tried to charge everything when you want to move in or move out.
Felt like prisoner to live there and all the noises upstairs and next room.
Not really safe and they don't have camera around.
One year wasted of money to live in jail!!!!

Luxury apartments, Strange how much one word can be so misleading. How disappointing my stay was here at Madison Park. I'd like to think transparency, customer service, and even something so standard and basic like effort; is what makes the difference between something respectable, and something incredibly disappointing. This review comes from a place of frustration but as well as a place of honesty. After a few years of staying at Madison Park; here's what I got:

Amenity update: they have finally reopened most of the amenities & guests are allowed; except the community rental room remains closed, the fire pit remains shut off, and the jacuzzi has been "closed for repairs" most days since they reopened the amenities. The lay down pool furniture returned, but they haven't brought back upright chairs for the pool, or any of the tables & chairs for the playground & bbq areas because they still don't want people to stay in these common areas for long.

I've been here at Madison Park for awhile now and I really like it. The staff that keeps our place looking good and keeping it clean are the best. Very nice and personable. As well as those who I have come in contact with in the front office. Especially Debbie. And I get compliments all the time from my guests.

Super quick and excellent service from Ms. Amanda! She answered all our questions and was patient enough to help us through our first lease. Approachable, professional and personable. She gave us an in-depth tour and broke down every question we had. A great first experience, I'm excited for our stay in our new studio. Thank you again Amanda!

Moved into Madison Park Apartments about 3 months ago and had been holding off reviewing til I could get a good sense of the building and the community. I love my apartment and all the amenities that come along with it including easy access to laundry room, gym, pool, tennis courts, park for my son, and much more. The people are extremely friendly and everyone basically keeps to themselves. The staff is super helpful and friendly, made moving in a breeze. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM. We tried applying for this place and they gave us the run around for over a week. We were asked for bank statements/pay stubs multiple times after sending them multiple times. They switched our information to different leasing agents multiple times, and we'd have to send our information again. They are all scatter brains and dont have any clue what's going on. You have to call them to remind them and make sure they have all your information. But good luck getting a hold of them, they never answer the phones. Honestly one of the most stressful places i&apos

I lived at Madison Park for two years in two different apartments and both years were disappointing and frustrating. Since COVID hit in March 2020, the leasing offices have been absolutely beyond difficult to deal with. Meetings, even when involving paperwork, have to be conducted outside, no one is allowed in the leasing office building. Even to this day, June 2021, no one is allowed in which includes our amenities such as the fitness center, computer lab, and movie theatre which they rave about but you cannot use. Also in that office is the package room, which has been closed since last year

Great community to live in. Maintenance always took care of our issues quickly, staff was very helpful and extremely nice (especially Cecilia and Jeannette). I moved out due to personal reasons and the entire move out process was stress free and easy. Overall, i had a wonderful experience with this community and the staff!

For people who are thinking about renting a room in Madison Park Apartment, I would STRONGLY recommend not to rent this place. There are so many issues in this apartment and business owners and management are AWFUL. They make it look outside nice but inside is falling apart.
Please read all the reviews from current and past tenants in Yelp. All these bad reviews are very accurate. If people are giving high rating they probably not living here long enough.
Also, people working here will ask to write a review when people first move in.

We have lived a Madison Park for awhile and there have been a few people that have made it a much better place. Jennifer was super helpful moving to our new apartment. John is a very hard working and kind cleaning crew. Pedro is a timely and precise maintenance worker. Want to give all of them a shout out.
