The above fee structure applies to any properties of 2 units or less, such as single-family homes and duplexes. For 3-4 unit buildings we offer a 25% Leasing Fee discount ($300). For 5+ unit buildings we bid case-by-case, based on factors such as unit number, average rents, and labor demand. INFO: The Security Deposit Booster(C) can be added to any of the above service levels.

No, we do not make a profit on home maintenance. Also, we often receive discounts for sending our vendors a lot of work - these discounts are passed along to our clients. We confirm credit history, income, past landlord references, and we run a criminal background check that screens prospective tenants in all 50 states.

Do not recommend this company! They are not only over priced and refused to make repairs but they also tried to send us a 15000$ bill after my children and I were forced to move early because of being violently attacked.They refused to work with us and tried to pin all damages to home caused by attacker on us!! Absolute scammers!
Ps you are now lying you were told we moved bc of the attacks which you were well aware of and is documented to have continued on the home after we moved. I have attorneys helping protect my children and I! Do not go with these liars!!

Jose has been working with us for over a month now and as the President of the Association I have to say he has installed a sense of calm and confidence. Saying that our association has a long way to go is an understatement, but with Jose I'm feeling confident that we will begin to make advances forward in improving our community. Through his actions I see him constantly tackling issues, big and small, and looking for innovative ways to resolve problems. As a tenant, I have been incredibly pleased with Dorman property management. They have responded expeditiously to any problem I've had, including a flooded basement that occurred due to a blockage. Not only did they have someone out to the property the same day, on a Sunday, they very quickly booked a contractor to remove carpeting and drywall that had been compromised during the incident. This was particularly important to me, as previously I leased with a property management company that dismissed my suggestions that black mold had been growing in the walls. Honest company! I went in to get details of a property and was greeted by Heather. She has a very cheery personality and was kind while being clearly very busy. That say's a lot! Then I got a text saying I was not selected because they had already approved someone. My application was not ran and Chantal wanted to know if I wanted a refund or it put towards another property. I did not find another property so I will be refunded. In this economy, honesty goes a long way! Thank you Dorman for being professional and seeing that single moms do not just have 50 dollars to just give away! Thank you!!

This is not a good company to use for renting. After moving out I spent over 300 on the carpets to be cleaned and the house to be cleaned and they charged us for cleaning and lawn work. I left that small back yard much better than when I moved in. I think they are just pocketing some of people's security deposit. Very disappointed in their service and communication. The place wasn't in that great of condition when we moved in. I did have to fix things and put in a whole drip line for plants. Not to mention the owner sold the house a couple weeks after we moved out. I would not use them again. One
