We do not recommend this agency. We paid for the more expensive leads that were supposed to be vetted thoroughly and unfortunately we received the same quality of leads. The agents do not care about resolving any complaints or issues you have with the leads. They just ignore you, I tried complaining several times so that they could make this right. I highly suggest you go to Caring.com they have much better leads and give you information regarding the leads so you know they attempted to thoroughly find out about the clients needs.

This lead generating site is a total sham!!! It is an enormous waste of money to providers and poor resource for those looking for more information about care in the home. The customer service is far from professional and the peppering of calls you will receive after providing your information is a nuisance. They do not verify leads and create a complete hassle of an experience for a provider. I do not recommend this resource for a consumer and strongly suggest steering clear if you are a provider.
