Upon entering the golden years, seniors and elderly often face a variety of unique challenges. Some simply require help around the house with basic everyday tasks such as cooking, bathing, and light housekeeping so they can continue to live independently, while others may be recovering from a surgery or living with a serious age-related condition like dementia that requires 24/7 supervision.

At Home Care Assistance of Arlington, TX, we're committed to helping seniors age in place in the safety and comfort of home. Our highly professional, compassionate and committed caregivers are dedicated to providing concierge-level care and companionship that aging adults need and deserve. Services
Our mission at Home Care Assistance is to change the way the world ages. We provide older adults with quality care that enable them to live happier, healthier lives at home. Our services are distinguished by the caliber of our caregivers, the responsiveness of our staff and our expertise in 24 Hour care.
Being a family caregiver for a senior loved one can be incredibly fulfilling, but it can also be an immensely challenging responsibility. If you're caring for your parent while trying to handle all the other aspects of daily life-family, work, managing two households-it's understandable that you might feel overwhelmed at times.
For most aging adults, the ideal picture of their golden years means being able to live in the comfort of home and enjoy the independence they've always known. For some seniors, however, health conditions and other issues make aging in place alone a challenge. Severe illness, mobility limitations, and cognitive decline are just a few of the scenarios that can affect the ability to manage daily life safely and securely without assistance.
Having a senior loved one receive a diagnosis of dementia can be overwhelming for the whole family. The heartbreak of seeing your loved one lose beloved memories, become easily confused, and experience anxiety and frustration is exacerbated by the sudden need to plan for his or her long-term safety and security.
When a loved one receives a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, families are often caught off guard and overwhelmed by the sudden need to plan for their loved one's long-term care.

While many families initially assume caregiving responsibilities themselves, the unique emotional and physical challenges of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's, especially as the disease progresses, often require a higher level of expertise and specialized care for these seniors to continue living at home safely.Home Care Assistance of Arlington, TX, is here to help.

Good service the first few weeks. Agency seems to have issues with keeping good people and owners seem challenged with how to properly schedule their personnel. Constant rotation of new faces that need to be trained on what needs to be done. $$$$ for the services they provide. The few good people they have are excellent. The other people they provide are a bit marginal. You do not always get what you pay for with this provider.

The personnel at Home Care Assistance of Arlington is top notch. They jumped through hoops to get care set up in one day when there was an emergency need. I was surprised and very pleased that they could do that. Their communication with me to keep me updated was excellent. I was always able to talk with a real person and never had to wait very long for someone to get back with me. This is not my experience with any other service companies that I deal with for other needs. I recommend Home Care Assistance of Arlington wholeheartedly.

I would never ever use this agency. In my opinion, they are rude and unethical.

Home Care Assistance Arlington (HCAA) was a wonderful resource for our family during a very difficult health event involving our mother. HCAA, with very little notice, was able to put together a caregiver team and care plan to address the specific needs of both of our elderly parents, in their own home, 24 hours a day. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic and at times included “above and beyond” help and support at the hospital. HCAA met EVERY challenge with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend HCAA and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a great experience, All the staff members were excellent! Leighanna was awesome, she was helpful and very knowledgeable about medication which helped me a lot while I was helping care for my grandmother unexpectedly. I was very comfortable leaving her alone with my grandmother when I had to leave the house.

The staff at Home Care Assistance was the most caring group of people we as a family have been involved with lately with regards to my mother’s care. The nurse Kathy Caldwell was very efficient and provided us with a wonderful caregiver, Shirley. I cannot praise Shirley enough for the compassion she showed my mother and my mother immediately liked her. I highly recommend this home care group.

Pros: Great work opportunities, awesome experience for anyone going into the medical field and amazing client care manager and manager. Great communication throughout the company as well, which is a huge plus. Great system for the charting/documentation & clocking in/out - Simple and easy to learn & do. A rewarding job at the end of the day. If you’re someone that likes working with the elderly or people with disabilities this job would be a great opportunity for you.
Con: Pay is a little low for all the work.

We had to get care for our Mother who has Alzheimer's. Unfortunately we did not have much notice but they were able to quickly come out to the house for consultation and within a few days Home Care was started. Due to short notice we had several different ladies come out which as it turns out was good since this kind of let us pick the weekday person that seemed to work best for mom but they have all been good. The weekend person is different but this is not an issue. Would recommend them for sure.

Home Care Assistance has been the most professional company that my husband has utilized.
We currently need 24 hour care givers and we have been so pleased with the level of respect, dignity and personal care that has been given to my husband.
We are very thankful for the help!

If you are seeking home care assistance for a loved one, I would wholeheartedly recommend Home Care Assistance of Arlington.
Our family was struggling during our search for home care assistance for our mother, returning home to her apartment after 4 months of hospitalization and rehabilitation for an injury. Although we spoke and met with numerous service providers, none seemed to be the right fit... except one.
The owner of this franchise is Gary Hightower. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is a true gentleman! He was patient with us during our search and followed up a number
