Applesoft Homecare Svc., LLC is an established 16-year-old, Skilled Home Health Care agency in the DFW area of North Texas.

Do you have adequate means of transportation to get to work on time each day and when called in on short notice during normal working hours?. Have you been convicted of a crime (excluding misdemeanors and traffic offenses) and / or released from confinement following a conviction for any criminal offense within the past 7 years?.
Our qualified and caring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and licensed Masters Social Workers (LMSWs) provide direct services and find community resources. In addition, they help patients and their families with emotional, social, and environmental difficulties which may hinder the patient's recovery.

First of all if I could give Applesoft home health care more than five stars I definitely would. The owners Kelvin and Nicole Hinton are truly a blessing to the home healthcare profession. Applesoft sets the bar very very high. The staff from the owners to the nurses are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Since being with Applesoft I have seen such growth and healing within myself which happens when you are dealing with professionals who care. I am a fall risk and I’m very afraid to walk especially when it’s dark whether it’s from the bedroom or living room to the bathroom or kitchen

As far as the care they done a decent job for my 93 year old mother however I have privacy concerns as it appears they have shared personal information that is not medically relevant to persons outside of Applesoft this issue may have been caused by the last person they sent to do therapy for her, and the therapy they use does appear to be outsourced from a different entity.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOME HEALTH AGENCY WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!! THEY CONSTANSTLY ORDERED THE WRONG SUPPLIES FOR MY WOUND..THE STAFF WAS OFTEN RUDE WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE .THE LAST NURSE I HAD WAS NOT STERILE AND DID NOT USE CLEAN PROCEDURE.DID NOT WASH HER HANDS.USED GLOVES OUT OF HER POCKETS..AND AFTER TOUCHING MULTIPLE SURFACES SHE TENDED TO MY WOUND..RESULTING IN A MAJOR INFECTION AND MY WOUND HAVING TO BE RE OPENED..WHEN I ASK FOR REGIONALS NUMBER SO THT I COULD FILE A COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD THAT THE OWNER (who did nothing once I complained)WAS THE ONLY PERSON THAT I COULD SPEAK WITH

I got Infected with Necrotizing Faciitis Aug.8 My Experience with this agency was okay it was kind of difficult at first trying to figure out who was going to come see me but then it got better Helen was one of the best nurses she made me feel more positive about my situation and always will tell me this will pass by in no time , I was going thru a hard time but she always came in with a smile and took her time. I also had Abner & May they were really nice as well and kept me motivated on getting better.

This is a review based on my experience! So I had a patient who needed home care services, the daughter got a list of top notch Homehealth agencies in Arlington from a he Social Worker, and based on the ratings of AppleSoft Homehealth, she chose the agency to care for her dad. Unbeknown to her that I knew of the reputation of this company, she asked me if she should go with them? I said she would not be disappointed. A couple of months passed and her dad who was my patient previously was back in the hospital, and coincidentally he was my patient again, when I asked her how did it go with AppleSoft
