MEDICAID FRAUD..The administrators & leads (the lead Tonya F. & former service coordinator Tiffany J.) for this company are very crooked! They have been billing medicaid for services NOT provided for my child in almost a year! My son been without a service coordinator since September 2018 but they have been billing medicaid, & writing false notes in the computer I let administrator Linda T. know what was going on & she never responded back which I believe to be very unprofessional & a cover up. Someone from their own company alerted me to this fraud PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE CRIMINAL MINDED FOR TAKING

I worked for this place 9 years and 8 months. I hardly took off. I built up 400 hours of personal leave time . I had to move in the heat with my husband and we both had heat strokes. I kept in touch with my boss then with HR, Payroll, and Benefits the whole time. I caught my direct boss being bad to the clients , yelling and talking down to them. She don't like white or Hispanic people. She said she was going to make it all black. She kept 6 empty apartments for 6 months letting her own family and friends stay in them. HUD paid for 6 empty apartments for a year. She fired me on FMLA and lied and

FYI, this is in regards to their primary health care not mental health services. I originally wrote this review in August of 2016.
I spent 50+ minutes on the phone being transferred from person to person with Molina Insurance and MetroCare services. Eventually I reached an automated system which said it would transfer me (again) and this time it just hung up on me. So I researched a bit more and my primary care physician (btw, who is actually a nurse, not a physician...is this even legal?!?!?) appears to work at the office on Samuel Blvd which is across town, not at this 1380 River Bend Dr location

Them back and gave them my address and informing them that it was the same address. In asking why they did not find my address I was told they just could not find it!!!!
Then I get a message from them that they are going to send my bill (For $10.50) to a collection agency.
I called them and the person I talked to said it was a collection company that called. I informed her that the number I am calling now is the number that was left on the message you sent and it was your company, she then preceded to argue with me, then ask me to pay the bill!!! So far I think they have called 3 times with

My wife was getting discharged yesterday, they called to ask me if they shud send the chair home or to the hospital. I said I would prefer it sent home. Well, we got home and we didn't hear from them. When I called they said they could only deliver the next day. I didn't hear back all day today so when I called this afternoon, they said they tried to reach us. The number they called was my wife's (she is not able to not attend to her calls) and decided not to follow up because no one answered the phone even though they had my contact. My guess is we will get this chair when we will

These people are the most calloused, uncaring so called physicians I have ever encountered. I had previously seen a psyciatrist here who was very good and left for a while and decided I needed to see her again. She quit! I see why. She had me on neurotin and klonopin, both mild drugs for depression and anxiety. I asked to be continued on these. I couldn't even see a real doctor. The nutjob I seen gave me a prescription for respadol, the drug you see in the commercials that screwed all those people up and the attorneys are now looking for plaintiffs. I took one and threw them away. They are worse

Don't bother wasting time with this company!! This company was referred to me by a therapist that works for Encompass. My father needs a wheel chair so I reached out to them. They DO NOT believe in customer service and they do not believe in returning phone calls. Not sure if I can mention names so I will abbreviate - female rep "K" did not return two messages I left for her so I called her supervisor "S.P." -(the supervisor did not want to give me her last name, she only gave me the first initial of her last name). Supervisor did not seem to care of the poor service
