Room- bed was uncomfortable. Trash behind the pullout, no blanket or pillows for the pullout (although the queens had 4 pillows so it was manageable). The bathroom was stocked for 4 people instead of 6, which is how many the room can occupy. We had 5. Overall was basically clean. Hardwood floors is a plus. TV signal was not working. Made it really inconvenient to watch tv with kids.
Pool- was not the cleanest but the kids had fun. We went at 9am when it opened and there was only one clean towel. There was a basket full of dirty ones from the previous night.
Lobby- really nice decor. Had fire

My family of 3 so enjoyed our 1-night stay. If they weren’t booked for the next day, we would’ve liked to have stayed another night. We loved the patio area that was near the river. We loved the freshly made chocolate chip cookies that were so good and moist (no longer served). We loved the popcorn and drinks that are available from 7pm-10pm. The breakfast buffet was also good and a lot to choose from. I’m particular with the cleanliness of a place we stay in. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Staying here was an incredible experience all the way around. My husband treated to me a room with a balcony on the river side where we heard the ducks and geese play. The staff were so kind, and genuinely so, from the check in, to breakfast attendants. At check in they heard it was my birthday and handed me a little basket of chocolates. Breakfast was full of everything you could want and then some! Popcorn at night in the lounge with 24/7 hot chocolate, cider and coffee. Beds were so comfortable I ended up buying their sheets! We will be making this our go to lodge when we're in town.

Great hotel with friendly staff and riverside rooms. Comfortable beds, the room was large and had a balcony. We only stayed stayed one night passing through Pigeon Forge (which was crazy and packed on Saturday night on Nov 6!), so we didn't fully use the amenities like the pools or fire pit. Free hot chocolate and popcorn in the evenings! Convenient foot path to The Island so you don't have to get in traffic.

This was an unexpected stop; due to a delay in our travel schedule. We pulled off to gas the car and did a quick search of available hotels in the area( it was a holiday weekend (9/5/21). We have visited the area many times, but have never taken the time to stay at this specific location. The hotel staff was so nice and eager to help with our stay and it was 11:00pm at night! Best customer service I have received in a long time. The location is prefect and was so quiet. The hotel seems to be recently updated, so the whole place is nice and really clean. They offer a full breakfast that is included

The hotel is nice. It appears to have been recently renovated. Quiet. We had a Creek view with a balcony. So nice to see the geese and ducks. Conveniently located. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio overseeing the creek. We also enjoyed sitting out in the rocking chairs near the firepit. We would definitely recommend staying here.
