I was recommended to Peter Spina by my realtor and he was an excellent choice. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I used him for two home inspections and if I needed another one done I would call Peter. He is timely, organized and takes time to explain all aspects of the home which was valuable to my husband and I as first time home buyers. Peter has reasonable prices and arrived earlier than the scheduled inspection time. The reports were returned in a timely manner, were detailed and easy to understand.

Peter was a pleasure to work with. He is a gentleman and cares about the potential homebuyers. He is very detail oriented and has years of experience. His prior experience as a contractor is helpful and he uses it throughout his inspection.
Also, he is very responsive. He picks up the phone and if you leave a message, he gets back to you quick. In addition, he inspected the house on a Saturday and we got the report back early Monday. Excellent!
