Mr. Young from Sun Concierge works at my condo building (Emerson House) — he’s friendly, helpful, and most importantly for me, really paying attention to the building and residents. Recently he helped me out when a stranger followed me into the building, and he recognized that the guy didn’t live here and was making me uncomfortable by following me. So glad Mr. Young was around!

I live in the Dorchester House apartments in Washington DC. My mattress was stolen due to the concierge allowing two strangers into the building without requesting an ID. I have been sleeping on an box spring since 10-31-2020 Sun Concierge has yet to take responsibility . They are very unprofessional company. Just ask residents here at the Dorchester.

Sun Concierge stepped in to help our condo building with staffing needs during a challenging time. Sun responded quickly to our request and provided staffing on multiple shifts at very short notice. The team members they sent were both professional and kind (residents complimented their attitude). Will definitely use them again.
