All candidates are thoroughly vetted by our experienced, professional, and personable recruiting team. Screening Candidates - When a potential candidate is identified, the recruiter reviews his or her resume. The recruiter then screens the applicants by telephone to gauge their professionalism, maturity, and positivity.
The first step is to send your resume to resume@palmer-staffing.com. If we have positions available that suit your skillset, we will contact you to discuss your previous work experience, your goals for your future, and to set up an interview time. Finally, you may be required to complete testing. You can either complete this at home prior to your interview or at your scheduled time when you are in our office.

UPDATE: I would like to point out in response to the owner's comment that I am referring to my recruiter brushing me off, I have never once received these mass emails. Those, I understand not getting a response every time. But if a recruiter sends me a list of opportunities and asks if I am interested in any, or sends me on an interview, it should not be pulling teeth to ask what the interviewing potential employer told them in response to my interview, or for any feedback about lack of response from said employer. Even a "sorry, we haven't heard anything" or "nothing yet

Palmer Staffing Services has been the best thing to happen to me during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was referred to this agency by a friend and was immediately connected to a recruiter, Lheiren Dunn. I worked with Palmer Legal Staffing. I was thankful I was helped with finding my first assignment, however, I didn't receive any help afterward. i was left to scout jobs for myself. My recruiter, Patrice, didn't seem that much interested in helping me find work after my assignment with NIH/NCI was over. My one and only assignment with Palmer Legal Staffing was ok but I was so very bored and treated like trash. These guys are great! They're constantly updating with new postings and are very responsive whether by email and phone. More important than anything, they're considerate. In working for other temp agencies, I've often felt pressured to take postings I didn't necessarily think I was a good fit for. Either this staffing agency has just gone down in their 'superb service' or they've just decided to treat me like crap. I was initially tricked into going into an interview at this place thinking I was going for a job I had applied online. I knew this was a staffing firm but I actually thought I was being interviewed for an actual position at a law firm. Red flag number one. Hands down the BEST staffing agency I have ever worked with.
I moved to DC recently and met with two other staffing places (on the larger side). Neither had what Palmer offers.
