MindFinders literally changed my life! Excellent in person and phone conversation with the Founder and CEO Tim Booker and Recruting Specialist Ami Velde. Ami called me initially reviewed my resume over the phone and scheduled me for an in person meeting. At the meeting we connected very well and she introduced me to Tim Booker who had a candid conversation with me as well. Ami told me that I would be submitted to a position she was working on that closely matched my skills and experience. We reviewed the company and position and agreed that it was a mutual fit. I was told that the next steps would be for me to review my revised resume
