Eye Studio was established in 1998 in the Chinatown/North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco with the goal of providing professional and quality eye care to patients of all ages. Our extensive eye examinations not only insure that our patients are seeing their best but also thoroughly assess the eye health and coordination.

About three years I began my eye care life with Eye Studio on Broadway and I have no complaints. The optometrist is available at the requested times, the staff allow me enough time to look around and choose which glasses fit me best, the prices are great, and they are do everything in a timely manner. I love this place!

Horrible service and business. They allowed me to set up an appointment and when I got there, they didn’t take me in. They said I couldn’t have my appointment (which, again, they allowed me to make over the phone), so I left. Along with that, I had to wait about 30 minutes before I was able to talk to any of the workers, so the time I waited was all a waste. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning there again. They should ensure with their customers/patients that they will get their appointment before having them make their way to the spot. Mind you, I do not live near there too

I am glad I found Eye Studio and Dr. Kwong for my vision needs. I had tried other sites, but none of them made me feel as comfortable. I had a positive experience this year; so I plan to return for next year for my eye exam and glasses needs.
Dr. Kwong was very patient when she assessed my condition and listened to my needs and concerns. It actually took several tries to get what I needed--first I tried contact lenses eventually chose progressive glasses.
I don't know all the names of the office staff, but in general they have been very helpful in every aspect of my appointments and fitting sessions
