Services
Owner and inspector, Louis Cozzi, has over 30 years of experience and has performed over 7,000 inspections. His home inspections range from new construction to homes built over 200 years ago, to estates and condominiums. He's seen it all! Prior to his career as a home inspector, Louis spent time renovating old residential buildings in New York City.
Home inspections can help you buy or sell your home with confidence. As trained professionals, we have seen it all, and we'll provide invaluable help in turning you into a knowledgeable consumer. Homeowners can identify problems in the making and take preventive measures to avoid costly repairs. Sellers can understand conditions the buyer's inspector may point out and put the property in better selling condition by making repairs.
A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take between 3 to 4 hours.
I have conducted over 7,000 home inspections over a 30 year period. I have inspected a variety of homes from new construction to historic homes built over 200 years ago, from estates to condominiums. There is very little that I have not seen. All of my experience enables me to evaluate the conditions found in a competent and accurate manner.

Soooo glad that I went with Lewis of Hallmark Home Inspections rather than an agency who just contracts out people to show up at a home inspection (and you have no clue their experience/expertise). Lewis went through every single room with me of the 100 year old Victorian we just purchased and pointed out things I would never think of. He spoke with me in a language that I understood and answered every single one of my questions with solid, concrete and honest answers. I felt like Lewis was a family friend helping me out rather than someone who was watching the clock and looking to cut corners
