Mojo Fitness combines great music with fitness-focused moves to get a total body workout. The energy of the class in combination with our interval style HIIT approach, alternating between strength building and cardio segments, is an effective and addictive way to get into shape - and stay there. Mojo Fitness Local LIVE, Online, and LIVEstream dance fitness classes come in all shapes, rhythms and exercise levels.

Mojo classes are designed to emphasize proper form and fitness technique, rather than precise dance steps or a proper samba. Teaching proper form first, allows Mojo friends to individualize the workout according to our varying rhythms and exercise levels. As a result, every Mojo experience is a heart pumping, strength building, calorie burning workout.
Cindy Brauer, founder of Mojo Fitness, a studio in Wayne, Pa., moved her dance-based workouts to a nearby amphitheater. There's enough space to go maskless and blast music. She set the original temperature limit at 40 degrees, but recently dropped it to 33. It feels like I'm playing a game of limbo with our community.
Since Mojo Fitness creates all it's own choreography, the only requirements for a song is that we love it, it boosts our energy levels and it makes us want to move! When we get a little tired of a song, we'll put it to the back of our playlist and then bring it out again for another round. Mojo friends who've stepped away always know they'll have routines they can step right back into like a favorite pair of shoes!
Dance fitness classes are a wonderful way to give the body, brain and soul a good workout, but not all classes are created equal. In most cases, class material and choreography is left to the discretion of the instructor, which can make the experience frustratingly inconsistent. Too many songs with low beats per minute (bpm) and/or with moves that are overly complicated can diffuse the intensity and enjoyment of an overall workout.

Mojo Fitness with Cindy has been life changing for me. I started while recovering from a second bout of breast cancer which was 12 years ago and 12 years later I still look forward to every class whether its livestream or through class videos. Cindy's enthusiasm, excellent choreography and the sheer physical challenge makes my day!

Friends, I lost 25 lbs during quarantine by doing MOJO online everyday! The routines are so easy to follow and there's variety from 29 min -55 min workout w modifications for low impact so every age can participate. Just log on and pick your video! I've been working out online and in person to Mojo Fitness since 2017. It is such a fun workout!!! I am not the best dancer, but I feel like I am when I follow these awesome routines. I am super picky about music, and the music is AWESOME! I am in fantastic shape because of Mojo Fitness. Cindy gives very helpful hints to help get the most out of your workout. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Having Mojo available in the park, live and virtual recorded classes has been the best way to stay fit and relieve stress during Covid! The routines are easy to follow, high energy and give you quite a workout! They focus on both strengthening and endurance, and new routines are added all the time! The girlfriend power is awesome, even if I am working out virtually in my own basement! Woohoo, thank you Cindy and dancing assistants including Laura and Gema!

I've done a lot of workouts over the past ~30 years and Mojo is by far one of my very favorites! I even based my recent move on the distance to Mojo class ;) If you are looking for a fun, energizing, challenging and motivating workout, try Mojo!
