Had owner Paul come over for a computer problem I was having with an all in 1, 15 month old computer. He told me it would be $80 and he would take it home and fix it. He called me up and said it needed some more work of about $20 which I agreed to. Then he brought it back and it kept having the same issue. Then he tells me I need a new motherboard. He then sells me on an older PC that is way better with a 3 year guarantee. I try to return the new computer first week as it is having an insane amount of issues and he tells me he is low on funds and his business is not doing so well. Being the kind

Had an appointment for which I was told I'd receive a call 10 minutes prior to. Didn't receive the call so I text. With nonreply after 10 minutes I called, which was then 15 minutes past the set appointment time & told that he was running late, which was apparent, and would be another 20minutes. From a professional perspective, a call prior to the set time, to inform of running off schedule should be standard. If nothing less than common courtesy. I cancelled & didn't receive so much as an apology, but an attitude, while I remained pleasant. Quite disappointing.

When my laptop started giving me problems, I immediately called the store I bought it from but they advised my warranty had recently expired.
