Since technology is ever changing it is always important to have at least an "annual computer check up." The scheduling department was responsive and utterly sweet not to mention the onsite technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough during the appointment. He even provided me with "Tips & Tricks" to help with any future issues. Overall great company built on a true foundation of phenomenal customer service.

Best service in the world - ever! I’m an architect in Tempe and my Dell Precision died. My PC Techs did a free diagnostics then advised me on the best way forward...long story short, they got me up and running on a faster computer and I was able to get my upcoming project finished in time. Their computer guy Mark is a very talented computer person. He's been giving support to our office computers and I'm very very pleased and satisfied with his outstanding service. I have had my computer repaired here multiple times and each time the owner has been very helpful and has answered all of my questions. He always gives me multiple options on what can be done to fix my issues and help me out. The most important things to me is the responsiveness, they get back to me unlike some previous companies.
