My Surface Pro had water damage while here in PHX for work. I needed it for this business trip. I was able to drop it off, pay the $69 expedited review fee and was given updates and recommendations multiple times thru the afternoon by Manny. He was friendly, knowledgable and gave me options on how to move forward. He was able to retrieve the data I needed and download it onto a drive for by the next afternoon. He saved me A LOT of time. I needed a couple of extra monitors for my home-office set-up and didn't want to buy new ones. Used is cheaper and work just as well for this. I found some listed on Craig's List being sold by this company. A quick phone call for directions and hours, and I went the next day. They had exactly what I needed including cables and a warranty at the price advertised. They even swapped out one of the base-stands so they would both match. Super easy, super good value. I highly recommend.

Can't be happier with their professional and efficient help during the crisis when my surface pro broke down. It took them just about 24 hours from taking my laptop to diagnosis to changing the battery (involving removing and putting back the screen safely without breaking it) and getting the device ready to run again!

I work in customer service, so I'm very sympathetic to these kinds of things generally, and I have honestly never gone out of my way to leave a bad review, but in this case unfortunately I believe it is warranted.
I dropped off my laptop for a repair and I was given an estimate of one week for the repair, since they needed to order the part. Long story short, I ended up waiting three and a half weeks, and every time I wanted to get a status update, I had to reach out to them. The delay was due to USPS weather delays, which I completely understand; however, there was just a complete lack of communication

I am new to the area here in Tempe. I tried contacting a few stores to help me with my issue and this place told me to come in and they would help me even though it was not something they typically do. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and helpful and so was the lady who assisted me when I arrived. She already knew what I was there for meaning they communicate very well with one another. Very clean and professional place. They can work on your desk top, laptop and many other items I'm sure. They seemed to have alot of knowledge and lots of rebuilt computers all over displayed new and used

It's Good to find a Company lead by an Owner with integrity! Been to the show room a couple of times and I get knowledge folks that can speak to a novice. They have a great selection of computers to fit every budget. Which is a relief if you have visited any box stores. I didn't have sticker shock . I did some research and I was able to clean up my old computer for even less.
Went in thinking I was going to buying a new one that's when I had a conversation with Christopher. He told me how to wipe it clean . Wow true service. Before you buy I would recommend stopping by and talking

Older Caucasian lady is so rude and nasty. Had the door locked during business hours when NO ONE else was in the store. Opened the door and rudely said "can I help you!?" As if we were intruding on her. After she hesitantly let us in she didn't greet us. She made no apologies or explanations as to why the door was locked during business hours. These computers are cheap and defective. You truly get what you pay for. The lady that works here is too rude and unhelpful it's not worth the stress. The first laptop we got has a defective camera. The camera color only appears in black

Chris is fantastic...He was able to diagnose and fix all of my concerns a lot faster than I thought it would take. Turned a two week headache into a 2 hour fix that other "big chain" operations were going to have me jump through hoops for. We had an emergency issue last week and our offices are right around the corner from Desert Computer Solutions. I did a quick online search and found this place was less than 1/2 mile away. We needed a simple USB cord to connect a printer as our network printer connections went down and we had a same-day deadline. The owner of this place searched the front and back of house and was not able to locate one (sold out) ... but ended up talking to their technician and allowed me to BORROW his personal cord.
Appreciate their willingness to help us meet our needs in

After many PC desktop builds over the years, this one (I5 8th gen.) didn't even get to the BIOS. I am embarrassed to admit that it seems it was due to a wiring error on my part.
Desert Computer Systems were very professional and charged a bare minimum fee. They checked out each of the components and reworked the wiring harnesses, which fixed the problem. This review is being written using that machine!
Hopefully we won't need their services again for a while, but it is nice to know you have good backup if you do run into problems.

Initially, I posted a review that when I got a wireless adapter there was no selection and the one they had was over priced. I received a call from Christopher explaining they weren't Best Buy. That price is what I expected from Best Buy, not a store who knows what hardware works and what prices are reasonable. The fact that they seem to care about their social media and basically asked me to change my review I am willing but I wouldn't go there for accessories. Better off going to Best Buy or another retail store.

This business is great. I purchased a good computer but didn't double check what specifications I needed in a computer. I brought the computer back and they recognized the mistake I made and went above and beyond to try to assist me, then they went against their own policy and gave me a full refund. Made my day. They were patient and suggestive with me. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Good prices and good service.

I decided to build a PC for my son's birthday. I had everything connected and it was the moment of truth. Click.....nothing. Well now I'm in a spot. My son's birthday is in two days and I have a very expensive paper weight. I dropped my brick off with Desert Computer Solutions and explain my predicament. I later get a call from Christopher saying "I understand how important this is for you, and I will have it ready." Guess what, he delivered! Today is the third time I have turned in my cpu since "getting it fixed and upgraded" about the months ago. Went there to help a local business. Wish I would not have. My printer won't talk to the computer. The virus ware says it's not installed properly and I can't get an Internet page to populate to save my soul.
I only needed word doc before which is why I probably didn't notice the dial up archive speed demonstrated by this "repair".

Desert Computer Solutions was helpful from start to finish. I randomly found them online. When I called I got Jennifer, and she was more than happy to talk me through my immediate needs. Then, because she made me feel so comfortable with her knowledge I used them next day for some other issues I had with another computer.
