I bought a discounted "refurbished and certified" desktop from an )1)(online (1)supplier who had good notcreviews. It came in, resided on a side table for ,3-4 months, and then ( several(3) business; days ago) got taken to Geeks And Clicks. (I have taken 3-4 other machines to this business and have learned to have them address anything having to do with a computer.) They called me back within 48 hours and told me it was ready to pick up. Problems: (1) latch on case was broken, so the machine had to be opened from the back; (2) hard drive was present, but not connected; (3) battery was

Excellent, conscientious work. I took my Asus laptop in to get it moving faster. This happened!

I brought my HP laptop to this shop for service as I was bombarded with popups. I was then called and told the laptop could not be repaired. I went to pick up the laptop and was handed an HP with much more wear and informed it was the one I dropped off. I immediately went to Best Buy where I purchased the laptop, they confirmed threw the serial numbers it was not mine. When I called to resolve the situation my number was blocked. Small Claims Court is the only resolution if you deal with this Shady Shop, "BEWARE."

Brought in a laptop and discussed issues I was having. They were happy to take a quick look and discuss probable issues and potential cost for repair. EndEd up not getting it fixed as the computer's value wasn't worth the fix and I had a workaround to get data. I was pleased to get a second opinion on my troubleshooting and would feel comfortable going back.

Very good, more than fair pricing. Santos won't try to sell you something you don't need. To the contrary, he discouraged us from replacing our laptop when the keyboard failed. He advised us to buy a keyboard (which he doesn't sell), so no upside for him, just honest, expert service.

Over the weekend I spilled water on my laptop. I immediately took it into Greeks & Clicks and spoke with Santos. He suggested leaving it in a hot, secure place over the weekend and if that fails he can open it up and attempt to clean it. His suggestion worked and it saved me $160. This just goes to show that Santos's ultimate goal is to fix your device while being minimally invasive and with the ultimate goal of saving you $$. Although I thankfully did not need his services this time around (thanks to his sound advice) any future tech problems I encounter will definitely be taking to Santos

Santos is a life saver. My screen decided to stop working and the hinge of my lap top was the source of the problem. He was able to completely fix my computer for a very reasonable price. If you have any lap top problems don't go anywhere else but here!

I am so glad I decided to ask around on yelp to help me find a computer repair shop because I found this great location! Santos the owner was very honest and truthful about the pricing and the issue with my broken screen on my laptop. I don't know much about computers so I was afraid these other computer locations would over price me and try to swindle me, but Geeks & Clicks was up front about everything and I really am so grateful for that! This place - or rather, Santos - is awesome! Santos diagnosed what was wrong with my laptop in under 5 minutes, and tried everything to make sure that I paid as little as possible. He understands that business is about more than just money. He's very friendly, honest, and has great customer service. The next time I have tech issues, I know who to go to. Great experience getting my laptop repaired. Owner was very honest and quick. He was the only one in the shop.

I'd definitely return for future laptop issues. The price was fair and he had the screws fixed in a few minutes. This guy probably saved me hours of hassle and several hundred dollars. I thought for sure I'd need an entire new computer. I was thankfully wrong. It works like new.

My screen had gone blank after dropping my phone on my laptop keyboard. I thought it was going to be an expensive fix, but Santos was super! He did some preliminary checks on the laptop and was able to reset and fix it within minutes! He is so knowledgeable and efficient, but most of all, he showed so much generosity and sincerity in wanting to assist me with my technical issues. I highly recommend you go here, as technological issues can really affect our personal lives, and he truly cares! I would much rather have this kind of superb customer service versus going to a bigger store for help

It's my pleasure to post a 5 star review for Geeks & Clicks. I lost my WiFi connection and was unable to re-connect. I took my laptop to Geeks & Clicks where Santos (the owner) solved the problem in about 30 seconds for FREE! And this was after being on the phone with the boneheads from Century Link for over an hour.

Laptop froze, I tried to factory reset and ending up with nothing but problems. I took the laptop to Geeks & Clicks. The guy was super nice, friendly, helpful and honest. a few days later the laptop was working again- $95 Thank you

Gotta give it up for nice people who are willing to help, even when it nets them nothing. I contacted them about a network issue that, as it turns out, they don't work on. However, Santos was extremely nice and gave me detailed advice about how to fix the problem myself. Even directed me to another business, should I need more guidance.

I've come here numerous times to get different problems fixed with my multiple computers. Each time has been easy-going, fast, and cost effective!!

The first time I had dropped my laptop and it wasn't registering my hard-drive. He quickly popped off the back, put it back and it worked! No charge - which was sweet.

Next time- a lipgloss was in my computer case and wedged between my laptop and cracked my screen. He repaired it and showed me where he was looking at pricing for different screens and why we wanted the particular one we ordered for it. Excellent price STILL! Another place
