I have the distinct privilege to give Dr. O and his staff outstanding compliments for the services I received.
I saw Dr. O's commercials on TV at about 4:30 & 5 a.m. one morning and decided to call. I was greeted warmly by a gal that was getting ready to start college. I ended up playing the flute for her on the phone. She was blown away. I knew this was the place for me!
Dr. O was kind, warm and explained things thoroughly to me. He willingly answered all my questions. When I couldn’t afford the treatment plan, Dr. O took his time to call me several times on the phone. I was very impressed

My wife Bonnie sees Dr. Otero and just had a great experience with them. She had implants from another practice but they broke apart. Dr. Otero redid everything and he and Veronica did a fantastic job. Not only are the new implants stronger and lighter, but my smile is even better than before. They were very patient wanting to make sure everything fit right, and each visit was very much painless and done well. The #1 concern was making sure my wife was comfortable.

Dr. Otero changed my life! I was terrified of going to the dentist. I had not been for 45 years. Dr. Otero performed root canals, installed implants and caps all with absolutely no pain. Dr. Otero is truly an artist who uses the latest technology. I now look forward to going to the dentist. His practice is like a spa with the friendliest most competent technicians. I now enjoy smiling again. (And I look forward to receiving their Christmas card every year!)

I served in the Marines for over 20 years and I was treated by numerous dentists during that time. Some were good...some...not so much. Since retiring from the military, I have been treated by numerous dentists in the Wilmington area and I have always been disappointed from the results. Having to seek treatment from a dentist has been a major fear of mine since I was a very young person. All of that changed when I met Dr. Otero! When I met with him for my initial consult, he was very positive and never once talked down to me. After being told by a couple of local dentists that I was not a candidate

Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had at the dentist! I had to have my front tooth extracted and an implant placed. The temporary implant looks amazing, and Dr. Otero and his hygienists were kind and compassionate during the whole process. He even called that night to follow-up. When I was experiencing pain a few weeks after the operation, he was able to quickly fit me in and address the issue. Going to the dentist is not something most consider fun, but Dr. Otero and his crew make it as painless as possible. They all seem to genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend

First time here and everyone is so amazingly friendly. The office is like stepping into the future, very comfortable setting. Dr. Otero even made an after hours call to make sure I was doing okay after the visit. You would never think to give a dentist a 5 star rating, but this place makes going to the dentist the simplest thing.

I've been to quite a few dental offices in the Wilmington area over the past (18) years and am thankful to have found Otero Family Dentistry. The staff is extremely courteous, caring and professional and Doctor Otero is fantastic. He takes the time to explain any procedures in great detail and in comparison to other work I've had in the past (fillings/cavities), his was by far the best.

I highly recommend Otero Cosmetic Dentistry! I have received nothing but top notch, state of the art care from Dr. Otero and his staff from day one. Like a lot of people I have a little anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I needed a rather extensive care plan which Dr. Otero has provided like no other dentist I have ever visited. In fact, I'm not certain Dr. Otero can be titled a dentist. He's more like an artist. NO KIDDING!

Otero Dentistry is a wonderful practice. All the employees that are work there are very sweet, helpful, and overall it is simply great customer service. I was impressed by the office and how classy it was and also impressed by everyone I met there, especially Dr. Otero. I recently got Lumineers put in and I love them! They truly care about what they do and I would trust them with any dental problem or concern! I would recommend Otero Dentistry to everyone in the Wilmington area!
