My family has lived here for 3 and a half years now and for as long as we're able to stay, we'll keep Seaside as part. The staff was super cool, very nice, and really friendly with my little boy all extremely good folks with a cheerful attitude that I love to look for in a dentist office!

When we first started going there it was great but since new owners, it has gone to hell in a handbag. I have been billed and not told until today that they were not in my plan so they are charging the difference. My work was done months ago. I ask to have a breakdown about it so I understand and until I went in today I was not given one. When I told them that it needed to be fixed they just said it was an estimate and you signed the paper. I understand but when months later I get a bill for $780 that is not cool. Also to my surprise when I said we would not be back and to cancel any appointments

Very satisfied with all my Dental experiences & procedures by Dr Weis & staff. This visit was for gum pain. I was worked into their schedule quickly & due to a cancellation I was seen the same day. Two X-rays later the problem area was identified and carefully explained. Solutions were suggested. Successful visit!

After years of neglectful dentists and horror stories I've found a dentist who puts my ptsd and anxiety to ease. Not only am I happy with the care we are receiving but the staff is amazing at working with my son who has autism. They just did his first filling without gas or anxiety meds and it went perfectly! They walked him through step by step and made him completely comfortable! It took a little longer but that's the kind of dentist I've been looking for! The whole staff has been amazing to us over the past few years, always friendly and smiling!

I had a wonderful experience at Seaside dental. Chloe did a great job cleaning my teeth, I could tell she cared about her patient in her chair, Dr Weis and Jojo did a great job explaining my treatment needed. The front desk made my check in and check out a breeze. Very professional atmosphere . I highly recommend Seaside dental for all your dental needs.

The care and service I continue to receive from Seaside Dental is exceptional. I struggled for years finding dental care that I was pleased with and would not make me feel bad about any work that needed done. I really do feel that the staff has my best interest at hand. Super friendly, professional and efficient ! I was nervous about getting a filling and they put me completely at ease with NO PAIN! They,Also they take Tri-Care health insurance which is a bonus as Topsail Dentist stopped mid care and left me high and dry. This was I blessing because I found Surf City Dental. Highly recommend this practice ( for myself and kids) also were totally understanding when I declined the fluoride treatments after cleaning due to thyroid issues.

I love, love, love this dentist!
First class service from start to finish.
I didn't have my insurance ID card - they knew just what to do and took care of it.
My kids range from elementary to college age - they quickly got them comfortable and made going to the dentist a great experience.
I'm a little squeamish too - but they have the latest equipment that takes a lot of the discomfort out - high tech that I've not seen even in the big city!
Add to that the music in the waiting area, the TVs you can watch while getting your teeth cleaned, and the modern design of the place

Not at all happy with this place... the people that work on your mouth are ok it's the counter staff that make this place so bad. they can't follow simple instructions pertaining to insurance, then they charge you the full amount and claim they will file with insurance to reimburse you... not true once they have their money they don't give a flip about you, your insurance or your money. Life is a struggle as it is don't go here and make life harder for yourself.
