I have been at this complex for almost 2 years. The upgrades are so nice. Spacious homes in a quiet community. They have resident events where they feed us and they have even had an ice cream truck set up for us. The office staff cares about their residents. The property is always kept clean and lawns maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS FROM MANAGEMENT Employees! Brenda Sanchez as well as 4 others reviewers are employees or related to an employee of this property management group. Don't believe me? Click on the name of the people leaving 5 star reviews, then read their other reviews. All 5 of them left positive reviews on the EXACT SAME apartment complexes. All of which are managed by the same company. Do you really think these 5 individual ppl all lived at the SAME apartment complexes managed by the SAME company? Doubtful!

This apartment complex is incredibly unprofessional and disgusting. My best friend moved in July of 2021. She moved into a unit that was already infested with German Cockroaches from the unit above her (the complex and property manager have admitted that it came from above her.)
Now, August of 2021, the apartment has delayed sending out exterminators and when they finally did come, the pest company said it was infested and would need several treatments. An infestation can not be fully taken care of without bombing and tenting the entire unit, as these bugs live in the walls. Spraying will not

I moved into Lakeway about 3 months ago and I wont lie, there were several issues upon move in. I discussed the issues with the staff who immediately went to work to make the situation right. I chose this place based on the reviews I read here and I can now completely agree with the other positive reviews. The staff is always willing to help any time I have reached out. They have responded to work orders within 2 days on several occasions. Mostly friendly neighbors except my neighbor across the hall but its a nice community.

These apartments are great! We loved everything about them. The pool was nice and always clean. Any time something needed to be fix in the apartment, it was done in a timely manner. Office staff was great to work with and always welcoming. We loved the courtyards... it gave the kids plenty of space to run around and have fun.

I lived at the Lubbock Lakeway between 2017 and April 2020. I moved out because of the new management (maybe they wanted all the old tenants gone?). Never was I late on rent or utilities yet still had issues. Stacy White, the new apartment manager, and Brenda, the leasing agent, were evasive and unresponsive unless it was a face to face interaction. It took over a month to get my deposit back after move-out, and it took me going to the apartment office to get a list of deductions and still got the run around on the final water bill which is still up in the air because Ms White failed to give a

Wanna have a safe place to live, maybe raise a kid or two? Then don't move here. Honestly when I first moved here I thought it was nice and affordable but the new landlord is money hungry, matinence is lazy and refuses to fix anything. Like seriously, my floor is coming apart, the sink doesn't work, air conditioning is a crap shoot and that not even the half of it. Wanna know that the landlord and matinence say about it, "we'll get to it eventually". The area isn't even trustworthy, we've been broken into along with half our apartment complex and nothing gets
