Driver almost hit me and my baby going 70 in a 35b where vine turns into springfield pike on Jan 20th 2022 around 4pm. Vehicle number S-223 license plate htk-6821.

This company is a disgrace and disappointment to anyone who chooses to use them as a transportation service. The women on the phone was rude right off the bat and accused me of having an attitude with her when I simply asked for the wait time of the transportation. The man driving the van did not speak english and threw the medacare card at the desk when dropping someone off. This is the worst experiece I've has with any company EVER. If I could give 0 stars I wuold 100 times. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Your drivers are horrible drivers which is odd considering you transport people to hospitals and drs. One of your drivers almost ran me and my newborn son off the road and then flipped me off and kept swerving through traffic. I have the license plate and the car number. I couldn’t imagine trusting this company to transport anyone.

This company lies. They are either too early, too late, or don't show up at all. They can't get anything right even after speaking with a supervisor and the owner! They can't get my son with Autism to school correctly eventhough he is on a priority list and our school district pays them for his rides to school for just in the mornings! I have received a truancy letter from my sons school over this and this company doesn't even care! This business needs to be closed and shut down for good! It's a horrible company with nothing but incompetent employees!!

Atleast once every 2 weeks these ppl mess up my schedule!! The guy, Rad, who runs this place is only worried about putting money in his own pocket. Won't let us change our reg times when we have a special appointment. Makes several of us ride together when we all have different pick up/drop off times, he makes up a time and throws us all together. Then my kids miss the bus and like I said if we need to change our time for a day he won't do it. When you try to get straight answers out of these ppl about why they change your time and fail to tell you THEY LIE.

Truck number S-177 just about caused an accident on Harrison Ave today (8/30) at 12:05 pm. In front of the Meijer- she came flying past us , cut us off then slammed on her brakes & made a left turn - plenty of room behind us to get over. We honked & they laid on their horn back at us! Would NEVER recommend this to anyone if that's how they teach their drivers to act!

I had to swerve out into the opposite lane to avoid hitting the van. They looked because they hesitated but still pinched it right out in front of me then sped up to pass me an another car. Very poor diver especially if they had a client in the van. It puts that person in danger

The insurance company should cancel them as a provider. We were initially excited when they accepted the bid for door to door service for my mom, only to come to the realization that the drivers are incompetent. For the past month, using them 3 x per week only 3 drivers have gotten it right. I have spoken to the supervisor, and the manager and have pleaded with them to ensure that the drivers know that the account is door to door. The drivers tend to think that they work for Uber. They don't want to do door to door which is the critical service required for the elderly disable. She was disoriented

Good Lord! Too bad you can rate them a zero or a negative. After reading these reviews seems most everyone has got it right. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Today I got greeted by a driver on 275 near the Eastgate Mall exit around 7-715 in the morning. He drove right up on my bumper to where I could see him well enough to describe him. I called immediately to report his van number (#63) and got asked for my name and phone #. Really? The way the operator was on the phone spoke leaps and bounds about this company as well.
