The Inspector scheduled me in with very short notice and did a very thorough job. I really appreciate that he coordinated with my realtor taking another to do item off my plate, and that he made himself available after the inspection for some questions I had ( on Sunday!). I was looking for dryer vent cleaning services when I found 360 inspection. Josh was very helpful and professional in explaining the process and cost. After discovering lint buildup was not the problem, he reduced the cost and made mechanical recommendations to help us further. Honest, on time, cost effective and helpful was my experience with this company. Would highly recommend 360 inspection to anyone who wants peace of mind and honest inspections.

Josh was prompt and conducted a very thorough inspection. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was very helpful and upfront with everything that he did. He found issues that would have been major problems had I not had an inspection performed. I will definitely suggest him to others. Very thorough inspection with detailed results! Report included pictures, videos and explanation. My inspector, Josh, was very easy to talk to and he went over everything he found with me before he left and was able the answer all my questions! They take care of calling out and scheduling any additional services you want. 10/10 recommend!!!

Josh helped me complete a home inspection as part of the home buying process. I was not able to be there in person, but he (and my realtor) communicated all pertinent information to me fantastically. The report came quickly and was easy to read and understand and I appreciated the thoroughness of it and the different sections, so it was easy to jump to the results if need be. First off just WOW! This Is our first time buying a home and our inspector went above a beyond! He explained everything to us and helped understand even the littlest of things.
