Before doing home inspections, our primary inspector, Brian Flanigan, a CT licensed home inspector (HOI 0000787) and member of CT Assoc. of Home Inspectors (CAHI), was a home improvement contractor for over 15 years, so he knows very well how houses should be constructed and how mechanicals should work.
