I've used this company twice. The drivers are very professional, on time, and really polite. It's a stressful situation when you are having car issues, so knowing that you're going to get good, quality people to help you out makes it less stressful. I had my truck title on a loan with Insta loan and they broke their contract with me and stopped excepting payments from me because I wouldn’t sign a new contract but that is besides the point I paid my loan back in full plus some on a Saturday. Premier towing toke my truck on a Friday night I didn’t get my truck back till Monday morning ok so they… aren’t open on the weekends even tho I paid for my truck I was denied my property until the work week began they also have really bad attitude people working for them the yard guy or office guy that I received my truck from

Chris arrived early, was pleasant, patient, professional, and helpful. He explained things to me I didn't understand because I just purchased the vehicle. He went above and beyond his normal job duties to make sure I left a very satisfied customer. I could tell he really cares about his job and helping people. This man deserves a raise.
