We bought our home in November of 2020, and our realtor suggested Rusty as an inspector. My husband and I watched Rusty walk our roof, and told us there were only minor issues, such as nails popping up from our shingles. We knew that there was a potential of a small leak in the living room and Rusty said it was probably from the gutters backing up and overflowing. We continued with our closing and when the gutter guy came to replace them, he told us our gutters were fine, but we had a hole in our roof. Had we known about the roof before hand, we could have made different decisions. This mistake

Very knowledgeable and personable-he was willing to explain to us what issues were as he went and how to resolve them. He was very thorough in his report-touching on things that were minor issues but still great information for resale value. We asked what he recommended we do first when we get the house and for his insight on the quality of the house considering what we wanted. He was so very honest and as helpful as he could be. I definitely recommend going to the inspection in person or have someone you trust go if you cannot-there is a lot of value in speaking to rusty as you go.

Rusty was quick to get our home inspection scheduled. During the inspection, he was thorough, meticulous and reviewed his findings with us before leaving the house. He completed the inspection report in less than 24 hours. It was detailed, descriptive and had many pictures to go along with the report. Rusty explained all that he found on the house, in great detail, before he left the property.
