Scott came out and did an inspection for a property we are looking to purchase, he is very thorough . He is reasonably priced, very professional. Did our inspection on Friday called Friday afternoon with results and we had the complete report by Saturday morning. Scott is a good guy to work with. Scott was awesome! Due to unfortunate circumstances he had to come out to the house we were looking at twice and did not complain, even after the second time was another failure. He responded quickly to my request and accommodated my schedule. Scott was helpful and looked out for my best interest. He was on top of things, showed and explained everything and performed an outstanding service. I would recommend him to anyone.
