They are not only rude and unpleasant to deal with different employees will give you different answers to questions that can end up bitting you in the butt instead of them of course. Find people who understand good customer service to work with and save yourself time, money, and energy!!!

This Real Property Management (RPM), formerly known as Professional Property Management (PPM), is apparently still as crooked as they’ve been in years past. Notorious for taking “non refundable” “application fees” only to immediately deny the application with no more than a boiler plate email stating such. Even when ALL requirements were met from the outset.
Poor customer service. Expect to have to go to their office and follow up with everything, because they will not follow up with you. They are late too showings as well.

I know Ken and Daniel well and have rented from them for years. One of the top rental agencies. They don't charge an application fee. They accept and read through several applications per day for free because they actually care to have you as a tenant. They don't leave properties listed for long periods of time (maybe even after they've already been rented) just so they can collect more applications that they'll never read but charge a fee for.

They are good for collecting rent only (if you have decent tenants DO NOT USE THEM!!!)... they have complaints from 8 9 tenants and say it not that bad and let addicts stay for almost a year with no rent (not $ out their pocket so not problem for them) USELESS USE ANY OTHER COMPANY (I bet only good review works there).
