Arrow property management specifically Susan Bingham rented me a cute two bedroom in cutten I rented from her for five years she was always polite and really attentive to any issues I had I then moved to a three bedroom also ran by arrow and never had any issues I would highly recommend them and I just wanted to say thank you for giving me and my son a place to call home for five years and keep up the great work.

We moved into a property managed by Arrow more than 3 years ago and have stayed until this last month. Susan, the owner and operator, was immediately responsive to any issues we had at our rental and was always communicative. As long as we let her know what was happening, she would always work with us and our schedules. Our rent was never raised unreasonably or without our prior knowledge. The property itself was always maintenanced and our neighbors were fabulous!

I can't say enough good things about Arrow Property Management. We moved to the area late last year, and there was virtually no rental inventory on the market, especially that allowed cats! Susan helped us find the perfect rental property to live in while we looked for a home to buy. Susan is also a realtor, and helped us find the perfect home, and is connecting us with contractors etc to help us make the perfect home feel like OUR home. My husband and I rented from Arrow for about 7 years. Anytime we had any issues plumbing or heating Susan would immediately get it resolved. I lived at Arrow for a little bit over a year and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rent is affordable, and the management team that does the maintenance are very friendly and resourceful. It is centrally located in a great place of Eureka, which is close to a lot of shopping centers, parks, and the university. I have been renting a property from Arrow for 2.5 yrs now and they have been the best. Not much has needed repair but when the dishwasher broke they sent a repair guy that same day. Or when a leak happened, again they sent a repair person out that same day. They respond to my texts immediately. I am leaving town and this is the only reason why I would move out. :) I have also referred them to other people. Thank you, Arrow!

As a young family with children, it was really hard for us to find an affordable home through a property management that would actually give us a chance. I love this company. I owned a home in the area for over 12 years and had several very mediocre property managers before I found Arrow Property management. Sheila is so efficient, savvy, and helpful. Arrow Property is the BEST management company in Humboldt, in my honest opinion. The application process was timely, Susan interviewed myself and my employer, so it was nice to know how they screen potential renters. Diana was always a joy at the front desk and we would crack jokes whenever I went to pay rent, etc. They were so efficient about addressing maintenance issues that needed fixing and even let me switch apartments when one became available. Arrow Property Management was my property manager for a short time, but they were excellent property managers. I was new to the area and had a hard time finding an apartment as the renting market is extremely competitive in Humboldt County. This management company was the only one that would rent to me. The owner Susan was a kind and fair manager. She was also helpful as well and I was happy that I was able to rent my apartment on a month-to-month basis, rather than getting stuck with a lease. No Susan, I have not confused you with another property management company, we lived in a house you managed in ferndale. We were charged for 40 hours of housekeeping at 25 dollars an hour I cant imagine what took them 40 hours to clean. we were also charged 125 dollars by the handyman to put in two lightbulbs and a fix 2 broken lightsocket covers, a job which might take about five minutes. You either hire very slow and highly paid people because you don't know any better, or your ripping people off.
