When Complete Property Management (CPM) is hired to manage a property, we strive to protect the owner's investment and provide a reliable, monthly income. CPM inspects the property, documents the condition and makes suggestions for improvements or repairs prior to renting. If requested, CPM oversees the work.
Sherilyn Munger is the founder and owner of Complete Property Management and specializes in residential and small commercial property management in and around Arcata, Eureka, McKinleyville, Trinidad and Big Lagoon. Extremely unprofessional and intrusive into tenant privacy. Authoritarian. Unresponsive. Alleged illegal behavior against tenants. Avoid. Do not use unless you want their owner or agents doing constant drive or walk by surveillance of you, peering in windows, over fences, making the most insanely nitpicky harassments over a dandelion out of place. Gestapo polizei. Beware. Unethical in my opinion and probably illegal behavior. Unscrupulous?!

Horrific. Nosey, invades privacy, constant nagging over slightest dandelion, incessant harassmenr. Sherilynn the owner is areal you know what. Nasty disposition. I've lived in 4 million dollar mansion homes… with less OCD craziness over a stupid 200k 1947 non remodeled bungalow they act like is a Beverly hills mansion..Avoid. Do not rent from them.unlesss you want constant harassment loans invasion of your privacy .she riot n is rude,.dismissive and catty. Avoid.
