Only giving it a star because they layout is nice. I would live here again with new office staff !!! Will not return Deposit Susan is not helpful. If you're going to live here please know the office is not good for anything. they change the locks on the mailboxes once do you think she sent out any information no found out while trying to check my mailbox. It was like oh yeah you can come get your new key. I was followed out the complex by strange men do you think Susan tried to assist with finding the people no , she did not share any footage that was on camera! it was more or less a oh no sorry

Update to my previous review:
I finally got the dishwasher i had to basically beg for after almost 2 months of living here, multiple unanswered phone calls and "lost" messages, and several stops at the leasing office. My broken door and drawer have still not been replaced despite literally flagging down maintenance outside on my way home. There's trash everywhere in the complex. My apartment always smells like cigarette smoke and there's buds left outside my door in the breezeway despite this being a "smoke free" complex. I've seen someone in maintenance literally

I’m a working professional in Athens and moved into Arch + Vine last summer. The management was helpful and nice, but the rent was too expensive. The apartments themselves are okay, and the layout of the complex felt like a neighborhood, which I liked. But in my building, there was often trash in the hallways. Whenever someone smoked, I could smell it in my apartment. The building doesn’t seem to have been constructed well, so any movement upstairs sounded incredibly loud in my apartment.

I have never seen a company more unwilling to take people's money. I have called the office multiple times with no answer. I have emailed multiple times with no help. I was seeking additional information on the availability but could not even get a response. The management here is clearly lazy or purely bad at their job, one of the two. Perhaps I should not be surprised after reading the 4 other Google reviews that stated others have showed up for their SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time only for this office "staff" to not answer the door and give the scheduled tour. They Never fix anything, never respond, if you want anything done you have to contact corporate or be a student. Pool never opens, like ever.

Susan in the leasing department was nicely rude and unhelpful. There were multiple 2 bedrooms units available, she did not ask about my move dates. I felt completely awkward asking if so could give her my dates . She did even check , & stated nothing is available. She was not helpful and I wouldn’t want to stay somewhere with ppl such as herself in the office.

I checked their hours, scheduled a tour, and drove 2 hours to be there. When I showed up, the leasing office had balloons, multiple signs, and specifically, an open sign. Interestingly enough, the door was locked, no one answered when I knocked, and I was directed to an automated message each time I called, which was about 7 times.

If this how they treat future residents, I can't imagine what it's like to actually live here. My advice -- just pass on this one.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RENT HERE. Arch + Vine is gentrifying the neighborhood and pricing out old residents. Rent has steadily increased to ridiculous heights despite a lack of upgrades or amenities. Water is priced based on what the community as a whole uses and Arch + Vine decides how much each resident pays (it could be $40, it could be $80; it depends on the month). It is written into the lease that you must pay for monthly utilities even if they don't provide them (for example, trash was not provided for months, but residents were obligated to still pay for trash). I have lived here at Arch + Vine for nearly a year and a half now, and my experience has been quite satisfying thus far. The staff have been helpful and welcoming since day one and the maintenance crew is exceptional as well. The price is incredible compared to other complexes in the area and the location is top quality, with the interstate located right beside the entrance and downtown only a five minute drive away. I really like living here. I actually wish they were stricter about people who leave their trash in the breezeways. The updated apartments are nice and spacious and worth the money. I am looking forward to the new renovations on the clubhouse.

I have lived here for over 5 years now, at 1st it was a little rough with that change of management. The management that we have now is awesome! I love that we received a “facelift” so to say to the apartments and with all the new stuff in the apartments it makes it pleasure to live here! And now that we are getting the all the new amenities I super excited! I hope to continue living here at arch and vine!

We with drew an application because the would not have an apartment when we needed one by. Told by Susan that refund check would be sent out next day. Well two weeks later and I called because we don’t have the money back and they haven’t even ask for it to be sent to us.. Glad we didn’t move here they don’t know how to run an office correctly. Would never tell anyone to move here!!!!!!

We have been living at Arch and Vine for 4 months and have been so very happy here. We love our spacious 2 bedroom apartment - it is quiet, has plenty of windows, nice neighbors, trees all throughout. Management had been very friendly and responsive to some small things that have come up. We feel we belong and are part of this larger Community of residents and it feels good. The grounds are kept neat and clean and are really pleasing to the eye. They have an excellent waste management system including recycling - which is an important feature for us. We love living here!

Love our home. Spacious 1 bed 1 bath. Pet friendly. They have local recommendations for anything you need which was great while moving to an unknown area!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience getting an apartment together. We were helped by Samantha and she was amazing. Helpful and friendly. We were able to get our first apartment together quickly and easily. She was helpful and understanding making the process extremely simple.

I moved into this complex in July, about four months ago. I haven't been here long, but I can honestly say this is complex is definitely one of the best places I've lived. The management team is so kind and maintenance is very responsive. If they don't fix something right away, they let you know what their plan is and they get to it as soon as they can. They're currently renovating the leasing office/clubhouse area and are putting in a gate and dog park, but the construction is never loud or in the way. Love this place!
