Was with Ambrose Properties for 2 years, great apartments for the rate and easy walk to downtown. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Only issues I had was roaches which was very frustrating and apparently everyone dealt with them but they do their best to stay on top of it as pest control is included.
Plenty of parking. Not the most nicest looking place in town but I’d definitely recommend to anyone who wants to live by downtown on a budget.

Great location. Great price. Spending $150 less than my old place and gained another room. Great landlord. She is very polite and gives you a stiffen when you move in to help you on rent whenever you need it. Minor bug problems but nothing $20 bug spray and 2 mins spraying around the house once a month wont fix. Maintenance has always came either the next day or the day of to fix problem(s). Just renewed.
