All of the staff are courteous and professional. The facility is Covid-clean. More importantly, the staff are very patient and attentive. I experienced a miscommunication with booking my appointments, which was immediately rectified. Thus far, I am well taken care and would not to receive treatment elsewhere.

So far I have had an initial visit with Dr. Gopal and four PT sessions. I was very impressed by the initial intake. The doctor took a lot of time to take my history and examine me. The PT sessions have helped my ankle tremendously. I have been to both the Bronx and Yonkers offices. They are not works of interior design art but they get the job done! If I want art, I will go to a museum. The parking situation is fine with the valet.

I wish ZERO STARS was an option.
Good doctors and staff. But horrible horrible professionalism and office management. I've been coming to this office for nearly 5 years and this area continues to worsen each year. I've tried to stay and hang in there because of the staff but its totally not worth it anymore.

First of all, this is NOT a sporting goods store. It's a pain management/physical therapy medical office. And a bad one at that. They only keep you coming back to charge your insurance company. They TRIPLE book appointments, so you wait 1 - 2 hours or more to be seen for 10 minutes. They like to do unnecessary procedures to keep you coming back. The office staff are worse than the doctors. Totally incompetent!

Love the doctor but the scheduling it's very unprofessional. Overbooking and the wait is ridiculous unfair for the patients who come here with pain. By the time you get to be seen you feel worst than you get here in the first place. There's a monitor repeating over and over the pain you already have...the logic is not there....we are the patients and need to be heard....
