My father was admitted to Park Terrace Care Center for rehab. As a family member, I needed to make sure that my father stayed as comfortable as possible throughout the time he was there; and I was very delighted with the service they provided. If I had any questions or concerns, I could find staff from either the administration or medication team to help me at all times. I was very pleased with the support they gave to my father as a patient and me as a family member.

We were there for less than one month, and in this period, at-least 3times nurses brought wrong medications; if I didn't realize it, no one understood. Also, they brought dirty linen sheets(photo) several times and left patients unclean for hours, which cause serious skin barrier. They charge your insurance every week for visiting doctors while patients are not visited by doctors unless family request it. This place is promoted as a Brain Traumatic Injury rehabilitation with 3 hours of therapy per day that can prepare patients for coming
