Most unprofessional owner and does not honor appointments. I spoke to her yesterday to make an appointment for three people one with a specific person. I get to my appointment and the lady my appointment was with was occupied. They tell me to go sit in the corner and wait. After a bit I asked if she still had to do the pedicure which she said yes. I decided to leave and the owner was outside and said she states I never spoke to her about my appointment yet when I checked in they knew I had an appointment for three people. Which is a shame because she was a good nail artist trapped in a horribly

Facility is very clean and the staff is super friendly.
Lost a star is because not all staff are equally skilled. Some are better than others and I haven't seen much active training to make sure they get better and your nails aren't botched. However everyone tries their best and has a good attitude.

This place is hit or miss. I started coming here last year doing walk ins and had great experiences. Lately I’ve made appointments that were rushed despite not having other clientele, or the services performed were of poor quality. My last experience was a gel mani / gel pedi appointment. The gel maní was noticeably uneven and started to crack and chip within 3 days. The nail tech doing my pedi also didn’t cut/file my toe nails evenly, and filed into my skin so there was an open cut which burned once acetone was put on it. I used to like this place but lately my last 2 experiences with them

I just moved from NYC and I neglected my baby toes.
Once settled I decided to spoil myself. Look at this soft MAN FEET!

This place is horrible ! People that work there is rude ! I always take my daughter to do her nails too , they did her nails like they doing me a favor !! Sorry we are paying for your service !!! I did my nails with a lady that did a terrible job ! Instead of take it off the nail polish and do the service as it is, she did one more coat that looks absolutely terrible ..... dont waist your money

I was helped by Roxana and I felt like I received great service and quality gel mani/pedi :) I would definitely come back again if I am in the Miami area. (I was there on a Thursday afternoon by appointment so it was not packed and there was plenty of distance between everyone which was a plus.)

I called in to ask if they would be able to take in a walk last minute eyebrow wax appointment. The lady let me know it would be about a 20 minute wait and I said no problem. I walk in there a little after 15 minutes so I understood I had to wait a little longer. One lady told the receptionist that I was there and to attend to me but the receptionist snapped back that she knew who I was from the call and I have to wait. A friend recommended this shop to me but she did warn me to speak Spanish to receive better service. After hearing the receptionist speak to the lady doing the pedicure about me

Customer service was decent, but i was not happy with the service at all. i had made an appointment for a gel manicure/removal. once i arrived i was prompted to take a seat for 15 mins. the removal process alone took 1 hour and 30 mins. i had to attend a funeral this day and i was trying to be patient, but as the time kept passing i had to voice my concern. apparently due to the fact that 2 of my nails were dip is what made it that long. the tech began to drill my nail to remove the polish but that wasn't necessary so i asked her to please stop because my nails were already weak. after 1 week of

If I could give them 0 stars I would. There is a woman name Anna (if she gave me her real name) that should not be working there. She did a horrible job on my toes. When she finished I waited on a friend and watched my polish slide off my toes. When I asked for it to be fixed she tried to paint over the mistake. I asked her to redo the toes. She quickly applied 3 layers and sprayed a quick dry on them. Leaving them in a worse state than before. So disappointed. She doesn't even care. Do not go to her.

No. Terrible, terrible place. They open 10 am on Sunday's so I went on at 9:59 and some lady in there screamed at me saying they weren't open. Well, keep your doors locked then. The lady who did my nails was a middle aged lady with a Karen haircut, and didn't speak ONE DROP OF ENGLISH. I kept telling her what I wanted and she kept responding in Spanish. My nails were so awful and horrendous I couldn't wait to remove them. Avoid like the plague.

I like the pedicures even though they don't massage for very long. I would not recommend getting your acrylics done here because the younger women take forever (like all day for one client) and the older women don't seem to have the technique that the younger ones do. Today would've been my third time here, but they messed up my appointment.. didn't seem very apologetic. They asked me if I could come back an hour and a half later and I don't have time for that. Also it's very over priced for how unprofessional they handle things.

I went to this place because my normal nail salon didn't have an appointment available, I read good reviews and decided to try it out. I have never had such a terrible job done. I had to instruct the lady how to cut cuticles, file my nails and ask her to remove the extra polish from the sides. 100% the lady that did my nails did not have any previous experience. my nails now have cut up cuticles, my shellac looks AWFUL and it took over TWO AND A HALF HOURS! $80 later. ladies - stay away.

Normally I like to give business the benefit of the doubt rather than rely solely on reviews, but I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my nails. I got a dip powder mani while I was in Miami for the weekend, and was very pleased at first with my results (even tho all my nails weren't filed straight, I looked past it). This was Saturday, today is now Wednesday & my nails already look like this which is completely unacceptable. I'm used to getting dip powder & have never experienced my nails chipping like this so early. Make your own judgment, but this is one place I will

Me and my now fiancé made appointments via the yelp app a day before we wanted services. I was answered quickly and we were confirmed for a full acrylic set and a mani / pedi for him. We had a massage appointment beforehand and finished a little earlier than expected but they were able to accommodate us even though we were a little early. I showed my nail tech a photo of the look I was going for (holographic ombre) and she executed it perfectly! After a long Memorial Day weekend of partying and sun, I needed to relax & recharge prior to going back to work Tuesday. I found Anaïs on Yelp Mobile and walked over from Ocean Drive to their salon. Though my review is short, it's actually indicative of a very good experience because that means I zonked out at the hands of my esthetician. I'm saving the 5th star for when I come back for a full hour massage.
