Been here for a few years now, it is definitely not the same. Decline in customer service with new property manager. Several cars, including mine have been vandalized and just today, someone backed into my car. There are signs everywhere stating that there are security cameras, but according to current property manager, there are none in the parking area where we park. Patio and stairs have termite damage. The only good thing about this place is David, the property engineer. Rent somewhere else if you can.

Been here for 5 years and it's just gone down hill.
1.The staircase came off as they just propped it up with 2×4s.
2. Dryers are always broken. They just keep taking down the signs that residents put on the dryers without fixing them.
3. Homeless people in the parking lot and in the trash almost every day.
*Updated- the homeless started jumping the fence and bathing in the hot tub
4. Parking is an issue.
5. New property manager is rude.
Update: we managed to get released from our lease after the manager gave the okay for people to enter our apartment without notifying neither me nor my

I have had such a great experience with this place. I have been here over 2 years and I already signed my lease for another year. The staff is very attentive, Jensine is a great manager, easy to get a hold of, I can even text her If I have an issue. The maintenance guy is so polite and fixes things quickly. The property has nice landscaping, pet friendly and I'm close to the freeway, which is convenient for me for work. The area is not so perfect but It's good enough for me. I would recommend his place.

I highly recommend Countryside village apartment homes. I live here for over 3 years, the management are very attentive, all request for repairs gets taking care of right away. Many of my neighbors have been here for over 3 years and made this a home. The landscapes are always taking care off and green grass everywhere. Very reasonable rent price. Great neighborhood.

A smokers haven. If you are looking at a 2nd floor then make sure you find out if the people below you are smokers or not. Sure they're smoking outside but it all still goes right into your windows and if you have a complete addict of a neighbor like me then it will even flow through your apartment and the smell will get on your furniture and clothes. Also, homeless people creep around at night. Someone even had the nerve to go up to our second floor patio in the middle of the night to take some of our belongings. Office has been having weird hours...

First off the person giving this 5 star is Jen Rincon the Property Manager. The units are well enough, just don't expect any type of timely or friendly service when it comes to maintenance request or questions with her. The place can be very noisy on weekends. The Units themselves are very dated and they just put a fresh coat of paint over an aging building. Parking is horrible because the people that live here have never taken Drivers ED. Homeless people always digging through the trash. Expect to also hear lots of noise from the Freeway and Redneck Motorcyclist pealing out of the 7-11 across
