We discovered The Eye Club a few years ago and have been ordering our glasses from them. They have a small yet good selection of frames and I've always found something good for myself at a decent price.
This time around, I went in to order some sunglasses, which I'd never had before. I was fortunate that the doctor, herself attended to me. She helped me select a frame and also explained everything clearly, including options, costs. Very similar to my earlier experiences here but extra special with Dr. Nguyen herself attending to me. I was skeptical about going to an optometry store during this pandemic but I was in need of new glasses badly so I decided to try the closest place to home. And wow, the staff there was super helpful and cautious with taking my temperature, cleaning everything, keeping distance and they were all wearing masks! The front desk guy, Casey? I think, was super helpful and made my experience so much more enjoyable by following all the recommended procedures of the CDC. I was in dire need of a new prescription and glasses and with this whole pandemic, not many places are open. Dr. Nguyen and her staff, Simran were super nice and helpful to even take me in at this time. They took extra precautions with a very clean and sanitized office. They also have a nice selection of frames and I was glad they carry my favorite brand, ray ban. I ended up going with the club masters model. Definitely coming back once this pandemic is over.

Worst place and staff ever. They made me go back and for to only give me prescription for contacts. I finally got the prescription and now I wanted to get colored contacts and they told me I have to go AGAIN and get fitting again and AGAIN pay $60 . They just want you to go back and forth and waste your time and get money every time. I hate this place

So I called this morning and kindly asked to get my child's glasses replaced, I wanted to make a payment over the phone like I ALWAYS do, and the grouchy inexperienced girl with a lot of attitude told me I have to come in for measurements, when clearly the prescription isn't even 3 months old, and the fittings are pretty good and up to date. I'm sure we could've made it work.. like the OTHER past times I've called. These girls need to LIKE their job instead of handing out attitude over the phone, They don't have to work there.. Seriously, I've been coming here

This was my first experience getting eye glasses and the staff was not as professional as the doctors. When I asked what was Add 225 the girl just read from the prescription. I asked again and she repeated herself. She couldnt tell me what it meant and seemed to get a little irritated with me by asking so many questions so I ordered bifocals, because I needed to see from 3 ft and 5 ft away. I returned the bifocals because I was getting a headache trying to see from each prescipton. Another girl was Irriated with me because I was returning them. I stated I will order 2 pairs of glasses. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I made an appointment ahead of time and went it. The eye doctor was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my eye exam. After I chose my frames and the staff were helpful in giving their opinions. It depends on you insurance for the price but for me it was very affordable. Originally they told me it would take 7-10 business days but my glasses were finished and ready for pick up in only 4 business days. I highly recommend coming here.

This was my first time here and the staff was totally knowledgeable and professional! They greeted me by name as I walked in the door. I was seen right at my appointment time. Dr.Nguyen throughly went through everything before she started my exam. Angela the optician went over my insurance and made me aware of all my coverage. She was on point and found the best value for my 2 eye glasses I purchased! I'm so looking forward to picking up my new glasses and taking my children here for their annual exam and glasses! Been going to this location for 7 years and as of late I've been really uncomfortable with their customer service. Recently I needed to schedule for a weekend appointment. The lady who answered clearly told me that depending on who my insurance provider was, that would determine if i was "eligible" for a weekend appointment or not. I then reminded her of how sweet it was of her to inform me in such a way and quickly hung up. As of now I will be taking my business somewhere else!!

Six months later and I'm still having problems with the brand new glasses. I have to take them off when I look at anything close up. "Your eyes are getting old," they said.
Nooo. The prescrption sunglasses I have work just fine and they are a few years old.
I'll stick with Kaiser's optometry. Even if I do have to pay out of pocket. I'm never going back here!

I have been a patient of Doctor Tom's for well over 15 years. And while I generally like Dr. Tom, I had the worse experience at my last exam that finally put me over the edge. I have a high prescription and wanted to make sure my eye glasses could be produced using a frame and lenses that kept me from having coke bottle glasses.
I told the front desk lady who placed the order that I was willing to pay the extra for a thin side profile. What I recieved was horrible lenses that protuded from the frame almost 1/2" and were not of the highest density or edge polished to minizmize

Last week I recently went back for an eye exam, and to purchase new glasses.
The Pros:
1. Jackie is amazing. She is the backbone of the business and she really knows her stuff.
2. Dr. Tom is great. He's kind, gentle, caring, and will actually remember you 15 years later.
The cons:
1. Nothing has changed much in the past 15 year's advancement of equipment, etc.
2. The rest of the front desk people are clueless.
3. Not a huge selection of designer glasses.
