My grandson bought a memory card and needed it installed in his computer. I looked into a couple other places to install it and they all wanted $200 and up. I called 2J computer repair and he said it takes 10 seconds to pop it in and he showed my grandson how to do it for free. He is now my go-to computer repair person. I really appreciate it his honesty and like the other companies he did not try to rip us off.

Dropped off my elderly mom's desktop on a Saturday with a power switch problem was told I would get a call first thing Monday morning. Did not get a call. I called and was told he did not even look at and would not look at it until the afternoon. Took it to another computer repair tech and it was fixed in a short time for $50. Poor customer service

I have a large old HP touchscreen all in one computer. It's about 11 years old and only a dual core, but the screen is fantastic. That's why I have tried to keep it working. I've been successful until recently. It kept going to a dark screen and not responding after an update: I couldn't even reinstall Windows 10 after several attempts. I am pretty good with computers and have even built a few systems myself. Best Buy wouldn't or couldn't fix this issue, but 2J Tech had it fixed and updated Windows successfully, where I could not, in just one day. Thanks 2J.

Sad thing happened: my computer crashed. Then, a truly good thing happened, I used Yelp to find Jeremy at 2J Tech. What a delightful experience to get my computer repaired. He talked to me, explained what he thought may be the problem and charged me a very reasonable rate. Less than 24 hours later, my computer was fixed. Jeremy has been in business since 2003 and clearly knows what he's doing both from a technical aspect but also excellence in customer service.

I was making a sales call in the Phoenix metro area when my trusty HP laptop had issues. I needed it fixed ASAP! Without it I could lose my job! First I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. While I cannot speak to their service, if you are in a hurry, fuggettaboutit. So then I brought up my Yelp app and took a gander. I answered a few questions and my computer quandary was made known to 5-6 of the top rated computer repair boutiques on Yelp. Jeremy was the least expensive, had the quickest repair time, was most flexible with his hours, and overall was just a really nice, honest guy.

I have a 10 year old dell computer that I really enjoyed but it began running slow and bothersome. A friend of mine went to 2J Tech for her computer repair and I was so impressed with Jeremy in fixing her machine in just minutes I asked Jeremy if there was hope for mine. Absolutely mind blowing service. I can't recommend Jeremy or his service highly enough. My computer crashed and would not reboot. He recovered all of my data and upgraded me to windows 10. The computer is running better than it did when it was new out of the box. I dropped it off and he completed all the work in 4 hours and only charged me $60. Amazing.
He is located in a residence but kudos for keeping overhead down and passing the savings along to customers. I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone who needs any work done on their computer.

These guys were spot-on with repair of our Lenovo laptop that had a loose / failing hinge. We went to at least 3-4 different places, and other places either didn't do repairs, never called back (or answered the phone), or were way too expensive.
Jeremy at 2J Tech came to the rescue, inspected the laptop that we brought in to their shop (no charge), suggested the exact part that we needed to purchase to fix the laptop - and once we got the part, fixed the laptop very quickly.

I needed my computer fixed quickly. Jeremy responded quickly and I dropped it off at his apartment that day. He called me and told me he thought it was the port the plug goes in to charge the computer. He ordered the part off ebay, got it there in two days, installed it, and called me to pick my computer up. The total was $99.
When I got there, I inspected the computer. The plastic housing around the port was broken. I asked him how that happened and why it was not fixed. He said it didn't matter and that the computer would charge just fine. I told him that since the plug and port it plugged

We have a Toshiba Satellite laptop that crashed over a year ago. We initially contacted the manufacturer who told us the hard drive needed to be replaced. After that, we took the laptop to Data Doctors, who told us it would cost over $300 to replace the hard drive or they could simply take the laptop and recycle since $300 was the cost of buying a new laptop. I had a Netbook that had some totally baffling display problems, and a hijacked browser by the infamous Ask.com courtesy of a Java download (I hate those guys!). I only used my Netbook a small percentage of the time so I did not want to spend the minimum of $100+/- to have a storefront repair business to diagnose and treat it.
