Starting primarily as a retail pharmacy located at 200 E. 75th street, where prepared compounds for some of the most sought after physicians of the time. As our business grew we moved locations, to reside at our current location of 9133 S. Stony Island, where we've added a vast selection of diabetic shoes, a post-mastectomy suite, and medical supplies.

Services
Sherman White Jr. and RPh, and Jeffrey Veal Sr. RPh, both graduates of Howard University's College of Pharmacy in 1971, and 1978 respectively, together founded 200 Pharmacy Inc. in 1980. After both Pharmacist originally pursued their careers at national retail, and large hospital pharmacies, they decided to come together to pursue their vision of serving their community.
At 200 Pharmacy we are here to help! In addition to our item coverage list (see below), we also indicate allowable quantities on our prescription forms and other tools to make the process as easy as possible by providing you with the resources to meet the needs of you and your patients. The best time to measure for compression is first thing in the morning.

This pharmacy is very underrated. I had a prescription that was unavailable at local commercial retailers or very overpriced. My doctor referred me to 200. I was very impressed! The prescription was less expensive and they offer delivery. Their hours aren't convenient for my work schedule - I really appreciate the delivery option!

I suggest that you STEER clear of 200 pharmacy because I ordered 2 pair of compression stockings in March and my health insurance was billed $932 . I called and spoke to Vicky White, she responded with an attitude and attempted to insult my intelligence saying I was charged per leg and not for a pair of stockings, any way it goes my insurance was fraudulently charged. Vicky never apologized, but did state she'll use the part that was her fault as a learning experience but at MY expense. News flash Vicky your company(it's you fault, billing Department and all. A part of 200 pharmacy

I have only been to this pharmacy about a handful of times.
In 2009 I was picking up prescriptions for someone else there.
In 2017 I decided to try this pharmacy out instead of going to the big pharmacies that I normally do.
I only got to go once before I moved.
I miss this pharmacy so much!
The pharmacist that I spoke with was so nice! Very sweet gentleman. I mentally felt better once I came in and got to speak with some of the staff there. I wish you guys were located close to me. I moved pretty far so it's hard to make it out this way.

I have had to deal with this pharmacy on a number of occasions. Both for pick up and delivery of pharmacy and supplies. I find the pharmacists to be thorough and informative. He is kind and considerate in all his dealings with customers. The delivery service is on point and efficient. I highly recommend this business without reservation.

I came here in November, 2014 with a prescription for crutches for an upcoming knee surgery. Was happy to see this place is a pharmacy as well as a facility with all different types of medical supplies also. The associate who helped me found the arm cuff type of crutches that would provide much less pressure with my hands which I truly appreciated. She also showed me how to use them and adjusted the length for me. Little did I know how much those crutches would be a lifesaver after my surgery and physical therapy.

Terrific pharmacy and excellent service and support. The pharmacist knows how certain drugs affect you. This is very important when you look at your combination of drugs you are to take during certain periods of time. Not all combinations work, and sometimes even your own doctor can forget what you have been taking. This is a pharmacy you can trust.

Bad Service! Policy is not written for rental items. They charged me for two days rental when i only wanted a one day rental stating they were closed on the day i wanted to bring motorized chair back and i had to keep the chair. this was not agreed upon nor could i be accommodated monetary.Also stated the brand new chair had some intermittent power issues.Chermin White the Owner again stated to me at time of return They didn't see any issues so i basically was wrong about a brand new $4k chair. Bad Business ! Bad Service !
