Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. I was given options, but I never felt pressured into making any particular choice in terms of ordering contacts or buying new frames. My eye health was always the first priority. I am glad that I found this place a few years ago and I will continue to go here for my optometry needs in the future.

I had a great experience. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout my entire visit. Dr. Patel is great as well. She took the time to explain everything to me and never rushed my visit, always happily answering my questions along the way. Office is clean, masks required, and they make you wash your hands as soon as you walk in the door. Very pleased with my visit and will definitely recommend to others.

Visited a year ago - I never forget the eye doctor was very unenthusiastic. He made me felt unwelcome and wanted to be done with my appointment. Also their front door looks like a retail eyeglasses store, it was hard for me to find and tell there was an eye doctor there.
Fast forward a year after during this pandemic, they called me saying I need eye exam - of course I said no. Had your doctor been more warm and caring to patients instead of calling patients only when you need the money - then I may return.

Checkup was fine and I think that I trust the Doctor's knowledge, but the experience with the office was the worst I've had in NYC (I wish I had read the google maps reviews before booking as everything listed there came true). In summation, was convinced to buy a new brand of contacts that were four times the price of my prior brand, could not get the help I needed to figure out why they didn't fit well, were uncomfortable, and felt worse for my eyes, and was left with a giant tab to spend at some point in the future on their glasses because I couldn't get money back on the contacts. All in all
