Excellent service! Staff is great, always very friendly and fast to help by accommodating an appointment. I come here for my glasses and contacts. They have a big variety of frames to select from and specialize on Zeiss lenses which are the best quality out there. Thank you Dennis and Jason for the superb service.

When in the shop, the staff is perfectly friendly. However, getting someone on the phone, or in their own office is difficult (oddly enough). After initially being hung up on, I called again as a colleague referred me. I shouldn't have. Inaccessibility combined with high costs will keep me from returning. There is simply too much competition to have to beg someone to take my money :/

What a gem in the Financial District! First time I ventured away from my regular provider (LC) and decided to go into this boutique shop and boy am I glad I did!! I stopped in, made the appointment, gave them my insurance info and when I came back I was ushered into the Dr.'s office immediately who helped me with my vision issues (too many computer screens) and they suggested a pair of "occupational" glasses. LIFE CHANGING! First anyone has said this too me and I've been struggling for years with this issue just thinking my eyes are getting worse with time. Not the case
