My grandmother currently resides at the facility & say you guys have a lot of drunk workers like your evening nurse supervisor. I have tried called to speak with someone never get through. How is this tolerable?
Place needs to be under new management. It is a disgrace to have my grandmother telling me she smells alcohol on her caregivers.

I felt like a princess. I recovered so much faster there than if I was at home. I never felt that the help was anything but great and there to help me. Therapy was great as was Cameron so was Marion, and how about Flo, Jonathon and Carmen...

Our lady Josephine White was there recently. We cant say enough about the excellent, professional and caring staff, the Nurses and especially Maria Valdes. They took such tender loving care of her and to be honest she can be tough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Sincerely Tracy and Tony Comito

Terrible place. Nurses and aids are rude and cold-hearted.
My poor sister was transferred there from West Marion for " rehab" Never was she helped by a therapist. She got much worse there and ended up dying.
I got her out of there when I went to see her early the 3rd morning and she was passed out. Nobody had come to check on her.
People go there to die due to lack of medical attention.

The staff is mostly adequate. I have found some to be a 5 star, and others tending to be much lower. I am having more problems dealing with insurance (advantage plan) as the managed plan thru UHC is awful. But, the business office is helping us negotiate this nightmare. The rooms are too small for 2 people. I am in a wheelchair, and cannot even get to mom's closet by the window, So, I cannot adequately take care of her. My limited ability is nothing compared to negotiating the tiny room barely big enough for one person! And, 2 TVs that can each be heard by the other...oh my! Food is mostly adequate

My wife stayed there for 3 years. She needed around the clock care. She loved staying there. The nurses and CNAs were awesome. I am truly grateful that they were here for us in our time of need.

Had to move Mom here. That part of life is rough. The TimberRidge office team, especially the manager Melissa, guided me through the process and she incredibly helpful.
The facility is clean, they have activities, and the staff is wonderful. My main concern was, of course, to keep Mom safe. She is happy.
I would recommend family member visit and take your loved ones out for day trips. I do so often. Its nice to have an change of scenery.
I believe they used to have a bus for day trips but I haven't see it used. Make sure to ask about that.
Thank you TimberRidge for caring for my Mom.
I highly

My dad was in this facility for five days before being sent back to the hospital. He was admitted for rehab but as one other reviewer said, he was treated more like a nursing home invalid. It took them three days to bathe and change him. We had to tell them multiple times. He was left with food in his bed and a wet diaper. He was in stage 4 renal failure and was supposed to have liquids available to him at all times. They didn't keep his water pitcher filled and left it out of his reach. The last straw was when he was finally taken to the gym for therapy and had a mini stroke while there. They

I have been a patient here 3 weeks. Care is usually good to very good. The CNA response time is comparable to previous facilities, but a little slow on weekends.
Food is best of any hospital or rehab facility that I have been in. Once in a while a disappointing meal, but, overall better than the average diner 2 out of 3 times. Sunday lunch is exceptional.
The PT and OT both have been more patient centric than my previous several months experience (over a 15 year timespan) in 3 other rehab facilities. It's the little things that show that they really care about each patient. Average staff length
