Pascual has been shadowing around Alpha Rehab since he was a Senior at Belleview High School. He knew he wanted to be in the health care field and has excelled in it ever since. His passion and dedication to the field led him to obtain his PTA degree in 2020. He has a way about him and a contagio. Dry needling treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function.

Very knowledgeable, my mother was in very bad shape when she started rehab. She could barely get up from a sitting position. She can get up and go to the bathroom now unassisted.
They are also one of the friendliest places. Every one who works there is happy and glad to see you. They joke with the patients and each other.
I would recommend them to anyone.

My mom is 71 years old and has been struggling with recent back pain. She had an initial PT appointment, but mistakenly confused the appointment time with another appointment she has scheduled with another doctor. The lady who answered the phone lacked sensitivity and compassion for the situation. She insisted she would have to pay a $75 fee before another appointment could be scheduled because an email was sent out for confirmation.
I am no stranger to healthcare and the impact of missed appointments and cancellations. However, the $75 fee is not the issue, I am very uncomfortable with a facility

Dr Q and Martha are running an amazing facility. When you start going to therapy you become family. Chrissy is so helpful with any insurance questions and all of their therapists are all amazing. I have never been to another medical facility that treats you like they do here. Highly recommend them !!!

Alpha Rehab in my opinion is the best PT facility around. As an RN and also having been a patient at several PT facilities here in Ocala and in Pennsylvania , they are so much better. Dr. Q and his entire staff are professional yet compassionate and friendly. Their goal is to give you the best therapy program according to your individual need .

I have been going to Alpha Rehab since they first opened. I was referred to Dr Q for physical therapy and eleven years later this is still the only place I would ever go. The staff is undoubtedly the most caring and knowledgeable around. From making appointments to fitting you in when you are in pain. They always go out of their way to take time to listen to your needs. When you go to Alpha Rehab they become your family and you become theirs. You always leave in a better place and knowing they did their best to help you.

The staff is amazing!!! My son is shadowing here currently, everyone has been so welcoming and informative. Even patients have been great to him. He is in a thriving environment where patient care and rehabilitation is their priority. The facility is well taken care of and clean. Thank you Alpha Rehab!

Dr. Quintana ("Dr. Q") and his staff are exceptional. This is my second go-around for PT with 2 years in between treatment and for different issues. I would not go anywhere else. This group is the best!!!! Caring, personable and very devoted to their clients getting better. On top of this, they now have a pool for aqua therapy. Don't hesitate if you need PT. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for rehab. I first met Dr. Quintana aka Dr. Q after my back surgery in 2009. He and his whole staff were amazing and got me back to feeling great after my surgery. So when I had both of my total knee replacement surgeries there was no doubt in my mind where to go for rehab! I’d never go anywhere else for outpatient rehab. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they listen to you and taylor your PT session around what is going to work best for you that particular day.

Dr. Q and his office are wonderful! I have never had anything but good experiences with this office. They helped me with therapy after rotator cuff repair 4 years ago, and I am seeing him again for my hip and back. He is the best physical therapist I have ever seen. It doesn't feel like you are just another patient to them, you are important and family and they want you to feel better! I wish you could give more than 5 stars!
