The tenant portal allows current tenants of All County to pay rent, view balances and sign documents. We didn't even rent with them, but the how they handled the application process was AWFUL and completely unprofessional. They told us we had to "race" against another person to get the apartment, and leading up to this they were next to impossible to get in touch with (until they finally called us). It definitely seemed they were only concerned with getting as much money from us as possible, and I truly feel nothing but scammed. Even when we called to talk about our experience, all we got was a half-hearted "sorry" and then a whole spiel about how terrible the person was that actually got the apartment

Wasted $244 on this place hoping to get one of two apartments. Two out-of-college-kids with near perfect credit and TWO GUARANTORS (we could have saved $50 application fee for having one guarantor, but they made us have two). We went out of our way to have the best looking application for this place, and they went with someone who ghosted them upon response. When approved to a lease, my roommate and I were told on the phone "Congrats, you are approved, but so is one other renter. So now it's a RACE [yes, they actually said that] to whoever gets their deposit in first." I find it impossible that

I moved into my residence in October of 2020 and have had nothing BUT issues since moving in. Minor communication, issues the home has had since two weeks after moving in and they still haven't fixed it.
Its POINTLESS trying to get in touch with the property owner's, unless the owner's don't or can't fix the issue, then they'll reach out offering you a free out from your lease. The front desk personnel, mostly Tricia based off my interactions, is completely dismissive and has no answer or response to give other than, "ok".
I pray that no one else is going through these issues but make sure you

The owner Ashvin stated that once we applied to the property, it wouldn't be accessible to other applicants. After we applied ($108 and a credit check later), two other people supposedly applied after us. We were later informed we did not get the property as it is not first come first serve, but another applicant made "more money and had better credit". Very unprofessional and shady business

It was our first time working with this company to for property management, it does take me some time to get used to. But I do appreciate their compliance with the contract and negotiability. The company implement online management account, which I also found to be very convenient in terms of checking payment collections and prepping tax expenses for deduction. Overall, so far so good.

I was in the process of trying to buy but decided to hold off due to covid-19, however, I was still in need of more space as my family is expanding & I decided to make a last min move 9 months pregnant. I seen a house that was listed by All County Alliance, I was able to schedule a showing and allow myself into the home multiple times without a problem. After deciding that I wanted to move forward with the property, the process was a very simple and easy online process, I filled out the application online, was approved within 48 hours, and was able to pay all fees via an online portal. Neeedless

Not sure how they got so many good reviews but absolutely a scam. If not a scam then the worst possible property management company out there. Applied over 10 days ago, paid the application fee (after a “convenience” of over $5, $140+ to apply for my wife and I ). Their reply email states you will receive a follow up from them in 24-48 hours. Been over 10 days and nothing. Scheduled a showing multiple times through their site and every time, the system automatically canceled the showing the next day. Tried calling their office several times and only ONCE got ahold of anyone and that was a secretary
