For nearly a decade Jerry has been licensed in Florida real estate. He opened his first real estate company in 2006, and then a property management company in 2007. During his ownership of Golf View Realty, he was three times elected president of the ERA Tampa Bay area broker council.
Originally from the state of Ohio, Jerry has accomplished more than 30 years of successful business management experience after graduating from Youngstown State University.Since 1980, he has been significantly engaged in worldwide supply chain management for some of the largest specialty retailers in the U.S. in the role of senior management, along with managing and reforming parcel shipping via way government relations on Capitol Hill.

While James (Al) Crisp originally hails from Northern Ohio he also became a resident of Clearwater, Florida in 1994. Al has over 23 years of successful management experience with Invacare Corporation coupled with 5 years as a successful business owner. Al specialized in working with people with disabilities to help them with access to their homes and individual independence.
I was born and raised in the Carrollwood area of Tampa, and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I have watched the city I love to grow exponentially over the past twenty-nine years. I fell in love with real estate during the purchase of my first home and wanted to provide the same level of thoroughness and professionalism that was provided to me.

It was a pleasure to work with Felisha McDowell! She created a seemless transition between Property Managers with my rental and bought a professional, caring attitude towards her work. I must also comment that her communication and responsiveness is fantastic. She was always available for her tenants (odd hours, weekends, texting/email/phone, etc.). She is a very dependable and trustworthy individual!

Was looking to move ASAP and literally a day after I contacted the listing Al got right back to me and had me moved in the following Friday.
I have not so good credit but he gave me that chance I needed and really worked with me. I HIGHLY recommend Golf View Realty. Not sure about the negative comments because I experienced nothing but professionalism, communication and above and beyond effort. He was thorough in his explanation of rules and regulations and basically accommodated me witevery detail.

I was referred to Golf View Realty by a friend when I told her I was looking for someone to manage my rental property. I'm so glad she referred them! After leaving a message, I received a call back almost immediately from the owner (yes, the OWNER) to discuss all of the details of my property. He then paired me up with one of his best managers, Felisha Mcdowell. She is a God-Send! After trying to manage the property myself, I moved to TN the task became too much to handle. Felisha stepped up and stepped in to help me to deal with my unruly tenant, never hesitating to return

Had been looking for a home with a pool in the Seminole/Saint Petersburg area, I am 37 and on disability and Al made sure he worked effortlessly with me when my credit report popped up some large areas instead of denial, AL gave me benefit of the doubt and allowed me to take the time to get all documents in order to be approved for the home! He communicated throughout the entire process making it very easy and I can't wait to pick up the keys on Thursday. Thank you for all you done and giving me a little oasis to call home!!! Hello my name is Kenneth Holland, me and my wife and I just moved into 4732 Ashburn Pond way in July and we are not happy about living here at all. The property management Golf View Realty Property failed to give us the information for our vehicles and the first night we stayed in our new place, We Got Towed, all 3 of our cars, and we were told that we could park in the street and that it would be fine( one of the first questions we asked when moving in was about the parking). So the next morning my wife and I wake up after our first night at the new house we just moved in to all 3 of our cars

I've been the owner of various title agencies, in Florida and the Midwest, since 1998, and have overseen the closing of well over 40,000 real estate transactions. During that time, I've dealt with many Property Management companies. Prior to meeting Jerry Pappa and his team at GVRPM, I was never comfortable referring any clients to a property manager. The service from most property managers ranges from so-so to terrible. I simply didn't have a connection for my clients! That all changed when I got to know GVRPM, and got a feel for how they operate. Jerry and his team provide such great service

Stay away from this company. They do nothing but scam your money. I hired this company to manage my rental property and they did absolutely nothing while not even abiding by their own rental contract(except the parts they want). First, even when the tenant pays in the beginning of the month the payment is not made to you till the very end of the month. Second, their contact states that anytime maintenance that is required the tenant is responsible for a certain amount but they will not actually enforce it and will tell you the owner, that part is in the contract just so they dont contact you for
