The new company is forcing everyone to throw away their grills, no matter how expensive. Many of us lived here before this new company took over. This grill was a birthday gift from my mother who passed away just last year and have no choice but to throw it away.

Melisa in leasing office is very helpful. The apartments are a decent size, near the ocean, competitively priced with nice view of green space and pool. Had a few minor maintenance issues at move in that were addressed right away. So far, everything has been a positive experience.

Just renewed my lease for a 3rd year....perfect location, lay out of the complex makes it easy to get to any of the pools that aren't over crowded, office staff is very accommodating and make you feel at home, location is everything....down the street from the beach, stores restaurants and bars are within minutes away. Like any apartment, things might go wrong, but maintenance is on it to fix it, when they get the call. My daughter walks to down to her A School-fletcher middle. I recommend this place to everyone!

I am so grateful to the staff at ocean oaks. I love calling this place my home! The management staff is one of a kind, very professional and helped me get into an apartment that fit my budget and spacial requirements for my family. These google reviews must be old because things have changed. I recommend this community every chance I get.

I love living at Ocean Oaks. My apartment is beautiful. The staff is friendly & responsive. And at night i can hear the ocean waves from the beach which is within walking distance. There is always an ocean breeze.

This is by far the best apartment living community in Neptune beach. Lots of energy surround the beaches giving a nice balance of different ppl. It's been a second home to me for 20 something years. So to speak!
