It’s been months and my fridge doesn’t seal and has yet to be fixed, it’s crazy how I get a notice my rent will be going up well before my maintenance issue got resolved, ( I put multiple work orders in since December.. DECEMBER ITS THE END OF JUNE). it really seems like they don’t care about maintenance, grounds or the residences. I’ve been polite and patient with this apartment complex. But now I don’t understand, how can you charge me more on rent yet still haven’t fixed an emergency issue? I’m giving my 60 day notice, there is less expensive places with way better maintenance

(Note dates on reviews) This complex is more about filling apartments than about any quality of living. The management has one agenda, get people in the door to pay rent. First off, the place is poorly kept. They do not enforce picking up after your dog at all so if you walk around, dog feces is abundant. They know it goes on and will ask you to “take pictures and show us” but is that really a tenant’s role? Don’t expect to let your kids play outside without stepping in it. There is trash left out, and yes, that is the fault of tenants, but again, management does very, very little to promote

Scam company and never answer the call. Won’t give my deposit back because they charge for carpet cleaning. But thing is I didn’t even have carpet in my apartment. If you want to scam people so bad you should at least check your own property first. Lmao!

I give three stars because I have lived here four years and the first two were great. This past year, actually just the past few months, things have gone downhill fast. There is always furniture piled up around the trash cans and early morning dumpster divers come around 5 am to pick through the trash. The gates can’t be closed so the grounds are always open. The gates are a real problem since having the gates always open means that anyone at anytime has access to the property. I have seen rental trucks pull in at around 4:30 am to unload trash and broken furniture into our dumpsters. I have

Man this place is a gutter. There is a huge mold problem in my apartment- it is all over the walls. They’ve brought in the dehumidifier 3x but never actually addressed the mold problem (so I have to repeatedly ask them to come back) and basically restart the process. I have since given up and am happy to be moving out. Same issue with the dishwasher. Today will be the 3rd time in a week I’m going in to the office to ask someone to fix it. I used it one time and was left with an inch or two of dirty water on the bottom, which is now collecting maggots and wormy things. There are constant infestations

I had the pleasure of speaking with Carol ann today. I have been trying to get the process done over the last few weeks. Another lady worked there. Carol is the sweetest lady. She is honest kind compassionate and really takes the time to listen and communicate everything. Thank you so much!!

I love the staff here! Everyone is very courteous and friendly. The maintenance is awesome, if we ever have an emergency we can just call right away and get help immediately! I like how it feels like a small community here. And LOVE how it is so close to the beach!! Highly recommend this place!

We have been living here for almost a year now and we love this place!! Great staff, amazing apartment with an open floor plan! If we ever have any issues they are resolved right away! If you are looking for a place to move in the beach area Sea Oats is the place to go! So close to everything and in a secluded residential area all at the same time! Hidden paradise, with updated amenities! We love the 24 hour access gym and pool our dogs love the doggy park they have here as well! This is the best apartment complex we have ever lived!
