It seems Sorrel flagged my review even though all of the issues I mentioned were real.
With that said, save yourself the money and hassle.
I’ve lived in this community for 4 years and it just gets worse and worse. Management has become more than lenient on who they rent to, community rules and cleanliness. Residents have no consideration for others. The walls are thin. My building may as well be a frat house on any given night. People don’t keep their dogs on a leash nor do they pick up after them - and management refuses to do anything about it. Complaints are suppose to be made to the curtesy

This apartment complex is horrible. The only reason I rented this place because they are the only one that has the move in date I need.
First day of move in and the apartment is dirty.
They have this so called "valet trash". My trash was never picked up every since I moved in. I called twice about it and they never took action.
The people in the leasing office are a bunch of heartless people. I called them multiple times telling them I'm at the hospital and they refuse to accommodate my packages since I can't get them because I am still at the hospital.
This apartment complex is overpriced

Leasing office was amazing!! So kind and informative. The place is absolutely beautiful!! Well kept, very clean and very safe. The complex is in a great area close to shopping and food! The apartments are modern and gorgeous. Beautiful stainless steal kitchens with lots of windows for natural light! No bad things to say!!!

My son in Apartment 2304 has reported this problem in the ceiling since he moved on the 21st of September. Almost two months ago and noone has taken care of this damage claiming they don't have roofers. It is unacceptable for a rent of $2100. We expect the great customer service you claim that you offer when you advertise these apartments. I would love to give you a phone number of many roofers that are willing to do the job you have failed to provide in the last two months. Thanks for your prompt attention and the ceiling fixed as soon as possible.

In all honesty, the architects who design these multi-family dwellings never lived in one---that is to say---the construction is not the best. It is build like a house with no consideration for the comfort of the residents in regard to reducing the noise/sound transmission from you or your neighbors---sadly, you will hear everything. It would have been nice if they had taken the time to put cork underlayment under the flooring/carpeting or styrofoam panels between the wall studs act as a buffer (sound proofing). I put foam tiles that snap together like a puzzle under the washer and dryer to reduce

Let me start out with the good. We have lived here for about a year and the apartment itself is nice. I like the updated look it has and the carpet when we moved in looked fairly new. The amenities this apartment complex has is not ok for the price we pay for out one bedroom apartment. They are ok but not $1350 for a one bedroom ok. We were looking to rent the clubhouse for an event and after being told that there was one or we could use LUX because they are the same company, nope there is no clubhouse here.
The absolute worst thing about these apartments is that they are built sooo cheaply you

As far as apartments go Sorrel is not too bad.
The apartment itself is really modern and has high end finishes. There are a few bumps and bruises in my actual unit from previous tenants. The carpet and vinyl flooring looks brand new. I really like the grey tones and the upgraded lighting fixtures. It can be a little dark without much natural lighting, so I suggest getting a unit facing the parking lot instead of the courtyard. The highlight of the unit is that it's pretty sound proof. I almost never hear my neighbors.
The grounds and community area are generally kept very clean. I don

The walls and ceilings are pathetically thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every movement. I live below three sorority sisters and their drunken escapades have woken me up in the middle of the night far too many times to count. The apartments look nice and the staff is welcoming but the noise is just absolutely ridiculous. You would think the ceiling is made of paper. Cheap construction

We didn't have any problems terminating early since they found someone to take over our unit a few days after we notified them of our early termination. We were told by KACHEL on the move out day that we owed a little over $200 for the 5 days into the month we lived there. The math didn't add up but we paid it anyways because we just wanted to get out of there and be done with it. Then we get a call from the manager saying we had been over charged for rent a total of $1200!! Still trying to figure that one out since everything is automated. And he told us we that weren't even supposed

Lived here since Dec 2015. Never had any issues until management changed in recent months. I work in property management and all I hear is excuses from the current company. When I first moved in it was to a ground floor apartment, the noise from upstairs was just awful. The management company then gave me $500 and told me I could move apartment. In a month I moved to a 3rd floor. I love that apartment, it has nice finishing's and high ceilings. The new management have been just awful, blaming past management for issues they have 'inherited'. The gates are constantly open

If you enjoy paying Los Angeles prices for Mississippi service then this is your place! I have resided here for about a year and a half at this point, just for qualifying my review.
Until the last 90 days I WAS a happy camper here, the previous company's office staff and maintenance team were courteous, competent, and on their game. If anything went wrong they were on it, immediately, you only had to tell them ONCE, and boom done.
However, since Pegasus turned the reigns over to PAC I feel like I live in an expensive ghetto. Our gates are either broken or some piece of trash has driven
